They were very pleasant and accommodating to our needs. Checkin was easy and we loved our rooms.
It took 1.5 hour to check in. Nothing was offered to fix the issue and make guests happier. Elevator wait is terrible. Floors are dirty. Not enough towels. We did not get any on Sunday. Line in the cafe inside the waterpark is terrible. Starbucks line is terrible in the morning. Nothing is organized to help with the traffic during most pick hours. Cleaners came into the room before 11 on the check out day. Breakfast is good, waterpark itself is good. But for the quality of the motel service with such huge crowds it is way to overpriced. And I was charged twice for the stay because the hotel did not receive a payment from orbitz. I had to spend time calling orbitz and figuring this situation out. Hotel is processing a refund for double charging. Very inconvenient. When you travel with kids all of these is the last things you want to worry on vacation.
Upon check in, the staff argued with me for 30 mins while my children waited in the car because the Mgr did not want to honor the orbitz room rate for my reservation. air conditioning did not work in our room on the 8th floor. It was MISERABLE trying to sleep. I called the front desk and their only solution was to have a repair man come in my room at midnight to fix it.

Lots to do. Best part of the waterpark was how big the play area for toddlers was. It was easy to keep the little ones entertained. Nice to have food and drinks all around the resort. Would have preferred to have a continental breakfast included though. Instead of an overpriced breakfast buffet. Great stay all in all though.

We wish we realized we could start enjoying the water park before check-in time and also stay until 9pm on the day of Checking out at 11:30am. Staff were great. Wish we would have brought more snacks or food for our room. Great facility with plenty to do.
Beginning check out at 4 PM you could be waiting hours for your room. We got there at three in our room was not ready by four. Very disappointed that we had to wait for our room we paid for.
Had awesome time, should offer a season pass for daytime
This is our third year coming to Great Wolf to celebrate my daughters birthday. We enjoy the Christmas decorations and events that they do around Christmas. We always have a fun trip, but this year we the quality and experience you get for the money was not quite as good as years past. Our kids are young, 3.5 and 5. We have always been able to activate their wands for no charge so they can activtae various animals/treasure chest throughout the resort. They have too young to play the actual game, but always loo forward to doing magic with their wands. This year we were told they no longer do that as complimentary. We would need to pay to play the games in order for the wands to work at ore than a handful of things. After paying almost $400 for one night to stay there, we were not crazy about paying another $30 to activate their wands when they can't read or fully understand the game. We got a one bedroom suite level room. It was showing its age and lack of upkeep and housekeeping. There was tape and partial streamers left over from a previous party who I am guessing hung up party decorations. We were suppose to have 6 chairs for the table and we only had 5. We were suppose to have a pull out sofa, but after trying for 5 minutes to pull it out, we discovered it had been zip tied shut. My husband cut the ties and pulled it out to find a broken bed that didn't stay upright. They did deliver a roll away upon request. Overall, I know our issues are minor complaints, but we feel that over the years the resort has not kept up the standard and quality you expect when paying the price they charge for anything besides a basic room. We may look for a different adventure next year to celebrate a birthday.
Great place!!! The kids had a blast!!! It is a bit overpriced and other than the waterpark, nothing else is included. Make sure you plan on spending an extra $100+/day per child, for them to enjoy the facilities.
Hotel was amazing and the water park was a blast. My children are all teens and they had a blast, despite all the small children running around.
We decided last minute to spend quite a bit of money to give our 3 kids their first Great Wolf Lodge experience. We loved it! We heard how expensive it was and came prepared and was very careful with addictive credit card wristband. It was so convenient with everything you need in one place. The biggest drawback is the price per night and although it includes the water park passes, it is too pricey without some sort of discount. I'm keeping my eye out on Groupon. We hope to come back soon!
Great for kids. The water park is great. But, it is quite noisy everywhere though! Even our hotel room had noisy air circulation system. Loud music in the lobby/lounge area is not out thing.

We always want our guests to feel welcome and comfortable, and I apologize we were unable to do this during your stay. We did honor the rate that we were provided through Orbitz and Expedia group, as this is the rate we have to honor. I also see we were able to get you into your room before our normal check-in time of 4:00pm. I hope you were able to get settled in your room and get a head start on the fun. I do see that a maintenance request was put in for the air conditioning, which is something that they work on from their back office. I apologize if the room did not cool down once they were able to fix it, as we want our guests to feel comfortable in their rooms. Again, I apologize for your experience with us. We never want to leave guests with a bad impression or a poor experience. I hope we can welcome you and your family back in the future with a much better experience.
