GTA Online weekly update May 15 patch notes: FIB files bonuses, free money, discounts, more

As regular GTA Online players will know, Rockstar provides a new update each week, adding or switching around content. This usually includes login bonuses, boosted rewards for specific missions, featured races, and a whole lot more.
The past 12 months have been a big one for Rockstar Games and Grand Theft Auto with tons of drama and news involving GTA 6. The long-awaited sequel was revealed at the end of 2023, but has since been delayed until May 26, 2026.
While Rockstar have shown off some parts of the single-player experience in GTA 6, we’re still waiting on more info for the GTA Online follow-up, but until that time, let’s see what’s been added in the most recent update on May 8, 2025. These are the full patch notes.
GTA Online weekly update patch notes (May 15)
New GTA Online content added
The last few weeks of GTA Online updates have been chock-full of new content, including the Agents of Sabotage update with new vehicles and the Garment Factory.
Well, the Oscar Guzman Flies Again update is an offshoot of that, allowing players to own the McKenzie Field Hangar in Grapeseed. It’ll cost you around $1,500,000 to own, but it has space for 20 aircraft and unlocks new missions. Additionally, there are four new vehicles to buy in this update, too.
This week, there are bonuses for FIB files finales, a discount on the Darnell Bros Garment Factory, as well as a limited-time livery for the DH-7 Iron Mule.
Prize Ride Challenge Vehicle
This week’s GTA Online Prize Ride car to acquire is the Karin Hotring Everon. You’ll need to place in the top three in the LS Car Meet Series for four days in a row to get your hands on it.
Lucky Wheel podium reward vehicle: Annis ZR350
Rockstar GamesYou can pick up the Annis ZR350 this week as it is featured on the Diamond Casino Lucky Wheel as the reward. You could get it for free if your luck is in – or you know how to win every time.
Which GTA Online missions have the highest payout?
As of May 15, 2025, the GTA Online mission with the highest payout is still the Cayo Perico Heist. However, it’s not as lucrative as it once was – much to the annoyance of players.
4-2x GTA$ and RP opportunities
There are a few 4-2x GTA$ and RP opportunities this week. There are no bonuses for Taxi Work but, hopefully, the lucrative 5x bonus will return soon.

Salvage Yard Robberies
