I recently upgraded to the unlimited $50 plan, because I was sick of throttling data every 5 gigs or so. Unfortunately, much like three other people, I had an experience where my service suddenly cut out.
I couldn't text my partner, or use data. I call H2O customer service, and, before I even get in touch with a rep, all of my texts and the texts of my partner all suddenly go through without a hitch, all at once. The customer service representative was nice and seemed empathetic to my plight, and had my plan rebooted.
She even checked to make sure the update to my debit card went through. Alas, I do wish the "Unlimited" data plan was actually unlimited, and didn't de-prioritize me 4 days before my plan rolls over.
I tried to find out why it constantly failed on my online payment for my service plan purchase. After a few times of phone contact as well as online live chat support.
None of the customer service agents could assist with my questions and problems, but only by hanging up the phone calls in the middle of phone calls. The online customer service live chat wasn't better but same as already a few service agents ceased by the CS agents before the text conversation conversations were finished...
honestly, only hope there is a zero-star rating f to rate for such awful customer service quality by this company !!!.
