      I have been completing surveys for HarrisPollOnline for many years however since August of 2022 when receiving an email for a survey there is no link and just a big black square. I have repeatedly tried contact Harrispollonline directly through their contact us page to no avail as I just get error messages. I have also repeatedly tried to log on but I could not with my password. I tried to reset my password using the "Forgot Username/Password" selection at https://www.****************.com/#login but it did not work. It asked me to enter my birthdate but it did not work as each time I entered my birthdate, I would get a message saying "Unable to process your request". I used the same link to verify my username and it says an email has been sent with the User ID associated with my email yet I've never received one and check my spam folder too. I would appreciate the BBB helping me in contact HarrisPollOnline so I can rectify this matter.

      I am a member of Harris Poll Online for several years and would complete surveys in exchange for points that you can redeem for rewards. Lately I have been receiving e-mail invitations to complete their surveys BUT the links would not work; this has been the case since approximately July 2022. I went to the website and completed a technical assistance request on numerous occasions, but the requests would not go through. I have found no other way to contact them, so not sure how I can resolve the problem.

      I have been completing surveys for HarrisPollOnline for many years and in the past, I would receive ******** points (as advertised) for completed surveys. I recently completed a survey for HarrisPollOnline and was expecting to have my ******** account credited. When I completed the survey, there was a message saying my account would be credited within 3 weeks. It's been over 3 weeks since I did the survey (now over 6 weeks) and I have not received my ******** points. The email for the survey in question is dated January 25, 2022 and it was filled out within a few days of receiving the email. I believe that I did a survey last year as well and did not receive my points for that survey as well. I don't recall what date I completed that survey. As a note, I tried to verify with Harrispollonline directly but I could not. I wanted to check my account online to see if there were records of my completed survey but I could not login with my password. I tried to reset my password using the "Forgot Username/Password" selection at https://www.harrispollonline.com/#login but it did not work. It asked me to enter my birthdate but it did not work as each time I entered my birthdate, I would get a message saying "Unable to process your request". I used the same link to verify my username and it was the same username that I had been using therefore I believe my account is active. I used the "Contact Us" selection on the harrispollonline site (https://www.harrispollonline.com/#contactus) numerous times but I have not been contacted. The following references numbers were provided on 3 of the attempts to contact them: [February 22, 2022: ******], [February 28, 2022: ******], [March 05, 2022: 561654], There have been many other attempts which went unanswered. I would appreciate the BBB helping me in contact HarrisPollOnline and to receive my ******** points.

      I have been a member of this site for a number of years and was rewarded aeroplan points in exchange for completing surveys. All of a sudden I stopped getting aeroplan points. After awhile I emailed and they said they would look into it. I had to follow up numerous times to try and get an update until eventually they told me my points had gone to someone else’s account. They finally got the points I earned for 2019 into my account in January after following up numerous times (21 emails) this only included what I had done up until the time of inquiry. I continue to do surveys that always say you will be rewarded 75 aeroplan and I have not got any since survey done as far back as October 2020. I have emailed numerous times again and asked for an escalation contact and have not received any replies since Match 2020.
