I've been banking with TCNB for about 10 years now, the first and only bank I've been with. Recently, I have been experiencing some bad customer service and the feeling that this bank truly doesn't have my best interest. Long story short, they use to give 24 hours before charging overdraft fees, sometimes even longer. Lately they have been charging me overdraft fees as soon as my account hits a negative balance. Both times I was charged an overdraft fee, there was money deposited into my account the same day and the very next day. My other frustration with TCNB, and ultimately why I am switching banks is when i was in the market for a new vehicle, i inquired about a loan from them and even after being a customer with them for 10+ years I was denied an auto loan. I then was approved from a credit union for my auto loan. The women who denied my loan did not even check my co signer. Just flat out denied my loan request. At this point I do not feel like my finances are safe with this bank. I'm not sure if there are recent changes to policies or management, but these changes are not working in their customers best interest. I will now be banking with a credit union where I can trust my finances are safe. Tri City has lost a valuable and loyal customer!

I have been banking with Tri City for several months now. The process to open a checking and savings account was quick and easy. Checking is completely free, which was great. They gave me starter checks, and also have given me several bank checks for free to help me out. The tellers are professional and quick. I have had a quick resolution with any technical problems regarding online banking, and no issues on the bank's end linking other online accounts with this bank. Great people!

I have banked with Tri City for many years now, even back when our local bank was Bank of Elmwood. During the change from Bank of Elmwood to Tri City, I had no problems, and all of the employees I work with remained employed there. Opening my savings account was very easy, and the banker who worked with me explained everything in detail. My parents bank there as well, and they've had excellent work done by another banker. The customer service is phenomenal, they always make you feel welcome when you walk in, and they are quick to resolve any problems that arise.
Their online banking system is wonderful, and I can always keep an eye on my funds and make transfers any time. My particular savings account requires that some amount of money be deposited into it monthly, and I find this to be helpful in encouraging saving and keeping an eye on my checking account.
Overall, I highly recommend this bank, particularly the Kenosha branch.
