Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield New Jersey recently purchased a 200,000 square foot build-to-suit office building from Commercial Realty & Resources through the efforts of Sitar Realty Company. This brings to over 2.0 million square feet of acquisitions and dispositions where Sitar Realty Company has represented Horizon during the past 20 years.

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield wanted to consolidate its central New Jersey operations into one facility in order to provide its workforce with a quality working environment and so that Horizon could deliver superior services to its members more effectively and efficiently. Sitar Realty Company negotiated a 200,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit lease within Monmouth Shores Corporate Park in Wall Township for Horizon. The building includes a full service cafeteria, raised flooring and back-up power to service Horizon’s long-term needs. The location provides easy access to and from all parts of the Monmouth/Ocean County area.

This latest Horizon transaction is another example of Sitar Company’s ability to provide a level of service excellence and develops long term business relationships with its customers.
