Hotspot Shield Won't Let Me Log In

I have the elite version of hotspot shield. I bought it for me and my boyfriend, who's in Portugal right now, so we could watch Netflix together. I added all of my devices to the account just fine but it won't let us add his computer. When he clicks “Sign In” on the Hotspot Shield interface all it does is take him to the “My Account” page on the Hotspot Shield website (where he IS signed in) and doesn't add his computer. It keeps him in the trial version.

We've tried reinstalling Hotspot shield and rebooting his computer multiple times and it still doesn't let us add his computer. I can't find anyone ells with this problem so I have no idea what to do. He's on windows 7, 32 Bit if it helps.

If we can't get his computer added to the account then I’m definitely asking for a refund.

You could just use Hola! Chrome extension. I use it for Netflix and BBC iPlayer and it works perfectly. (Free)

I use it and it can do HD video just fine. I like it better than Hotspot Shield which is what I used before. (It's free. Just try it.)
