After waiting on hold for 30 minutes I made contact with a lady that said she would have to transfer me to someone else, as she didnt have training to help me. That transfer resulted in a disconnect. The second time I called I was told to simply contact the party I needed through email. How much training does that take?

Yes, you managed to use my name and address for an account that is not mine. I have never had an account with household bank additionally, if it was an account that you acquired from someone else I wasn't told who it was and it's under someone else's social security number. Not me them! Fix this and fix it quickly. The company you turned it over to with the social security number 446-56 *-*** I want the account out of my name do you understand me? Fix this. Received DMV reg with HSEHLD BK NA name - need to have it removed so I can get the title

I recently received my new registration cards from the CA DMV for 2 different dirt bikes I purchased with a loan years ago and upon getting registration this year i have noticed they are still attached to HSEHLD BK NA and I do not have the titles. It's not a legal move unless you got an Auto Loan from an Indian Reservation? They just sent me a collection notice for 1900 & change from 2004?

That's not enforceable anywhere in any civil court and I can't wait to tell Victor Diaz to kiss my tomorrow morning for even calling himself an attorney. Losers and if it is a legitimate item and I'd have been fired 17 years ago for not paying a car loan due to Security Clearance I had before retiring and I don't practice law but I have a JD, 2 Master's in Business Litigation and teach 4 US Code's in one of the most reputable Law Schools anywhere so I will try to turn it on them and file a suit in SC for 8k tomorrow and I will be updating here when they default or lose BADLY.
