7.1 Admin Login on Client Side  

Admin Login on the Client side is only for the employee with admin rights, so that he can login to the CLINCK Cyber Café Client, and then restart/logoff/shutdown the terminal, when the CLINCK Cyber Café Client is not able to connect to the CLINCK Cyber Café Server.

Two instances while closing the CLINCK Cyber Café Client are:

  1. Click Admin Login.

The Employee Login dialog box opens.

  1. In the Employee Login dialog box, do the following:

  2.  Enter Employee Name.

  3.  Enter Password.

  1. Click Login.

  1. Click Exit Café Manager Client.

The CLINCK client application is closed.

  1. Click Admin Login.

Admin Login when Local Server is not available

The Online Verification window opens.

Online Verification

The Online Verification window has two methods:

Two ways to generate a temporary password:

  1. On the Help menu, click Generate Temporary Password.

The Generate Temporary Password dialog box opens as shown in the figure Generate Temporary Password.

  1. In the Generate Temporary Password dialog box, do the following:

  1. Enter Unique ID received from the Online Verification window on the client machine.

Note:

  • See the figure Online Verification for Unique ID.

  • the Café Code need not be entered as it is based on the particular cafe.

  1. Click Generate Temporary Password.

A temporary password is generated automatically.

  1. On the Ideacts Partners website http://www.ideacts.com/cms/partner/Login.aspx, do the following :

  1.  Enter the Café Code and Password.

  2.  Click Sign in.

The partner landing page opens.

  1. In the partner landing page, click Generate Temporary Password.

The Generate Temporary Password window opens as shown in the figure Generate Temporary Password.

  1. In the Generate Temporary Password window, do the following:

  1. Enter the Unique ID  received from the client terminal.

Note: See the figure Online Verification for Unique ID.

  1. Click Generate Temporary Password.

A temporary password is generated automatically.

  1. Enter the Temporary password in the figure Online Verification.

Note: This password can only be reused until the application is running. If the application stops and restarts, a new Unique ID and Password is required.

  1. Click Login.

Result: The login to the terminal is successful.
