ICICIdirect markets app and website were down as users faced inconvenience on Wednesday morning during peak trading hours. However, the issue has been resolved by the online share trading platform.

"ICICIdirect Markets app, website and mobile app is now live and all issues are resolved. Please login to your ICICIdirect account. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused," ICICIdirect tweeted.

All intraday products have been enabled for trading, ICICIdirect stated.

UNPRECEDENTED NETWORK ISSUES

Earlier in the morning, ICICIdirect tweeted saying users may face intermittent issues while accessing their ICICIdirect accounts due to an unprecedented network issues.

"Due to an unprecedented network issue, you may face intermittent issues while accessing your ICICIdirect account. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused," ICICIdirect tweeted.

USRES' COMPLAINTS

Several netizens on Twitter posted complaining against the service of ICICIdirect.

Users have claimed that ICICIdirect app was not working and showing Tuesday's data. They have raised complaints by tagging ICICIdirect on Twitter about the problem faced during the peak trading hours.

MESSAGE ON ICICIDIRECT WEBSITE

Users, who tried to login on Wednesday morning on the investment platform's website and app, were notified with a message displayed on it, "Dear Customer, ICICIdirect.com will not be available till 11th Feb 2022 10.00 am. We regret the convenience caused. Customer Service, ICICIdirect.com."
