It is asking me for a company but I don’t work in travel. What company should I select?

We are so happy that you were invited to share in travel insider deals from a friend or family member. You can log in here, using the email and password you entered when you signed up.

If you’ve forgotten your password you can reset it here. Once you have logged in, you can choose to link your ID90 Travel account with Google or Facebook so you can sign in with one click in the future.


I am putting in my work username and work password and getting an error. Why doesn’t it work?

Currently, only Alaska Airlines and Czech Airlines users can log in with their work credentials. For those users, when you select either Alaska or Czech Airlines you will be taken to your employer’s website to log in and then sent back to ID90 Travel.

For all other travel professionals, after selecting your employer you will need to log in with either your employee number or email and password that you entered when you signed up for ID90 Travel. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.

Once you have logged in, you can choose to link your ID90 Travel account with Google or Facebook so you can sign in with one click in the future.


I’ve forgotten my password and no longer have access to my signup email.

We understand that changes happen and you may not have the ability to receive your password reset link, either because of a job or life event change. Please reach out to our Customer Support team and they will be able to assist you.

Please note: For your account security, we require multiple forms of proof of identity should we need to update an account’s email and password through Customer Support.

Your account has been created for you by your employer. To log in for the first time, please sign in with your employee number and the temporary password that was provided to you in your benefits information. You will be prompted to enter a new password after logging in.

If you do not have the initial password any more, please contact our Customer Support or your employer’s Pass Travel department.

All other travel employees
Please head to our sign up page and put in the necessary information. We will be able to validate your employment and create your account from there.
