I have a simplypaid card thats related to the insight card. Same company. My ssd has been getting deposited there for quite some time. This month I didnt get a deposit. When I called to find out what was going on, I learned that they stopped accepting direct deposits because theyre closing at the end of February. I never received any notice. Not only did I not receive any notice but I current card was going to be expiring at the end of February and they sent me a new card in January to activate. Now I have no way to pay for anything because of the mess this company has created.

THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIPOFF. I HAD BEEN DOUBLE CHARGED AT AN *** TWICE IN ONE NIGHT OR AT LEAST THE **** CHARGED DUPLICATE THE *** AT A CASINO SHOWED DIFFERENT .INSIGHT REFUSED TO SPEAK TO THE CASINO FOR ALL I KNOW SOMEONE AT INSIGHT HAD A **** DOLLAR VACATION ON ME.

After several fraudulent charges and the transactions being reported, insight is continuing to pay for those to keep reoccurring. The card was cancelled but they still allow those same places to take money. I want all my money back. They were aware of this and done nothing

Insight does not deserve no starts. These ************** customer service Reps. **** are all SCAMMERS!!! I have my card in my position and tried I to use it, and it declined which I had money on it. I went to the local western union and they provided a printout of my statement. I notice a charge of $370 on my statement at a location 1 hour and 20 minutes from where I live that I never been. I filed a claim to find out them telling me the case was closed and was not able to get my funds back. This company Insight needs to held Accountable for taking peoples hard earn money and charging $1.00 fee to use there service. Especially in times likes these when the cost of living, food, gas ect are at its highest. Shame on you Insight. May your company goes under and you get slapped with Multiple lawsuits.

Outrageous!!! A card was fraudulently opened in my name. Without a card number I am unable to contact customer service. Online Help desk is automated and refers me back to customer service. The proverbial loop. Refuse to give me a contact number for their Fraud department, if in fact they have one. It would seem the only way to contact this shady outfit is by US Mail.

Insight Card showed that they are not legit. Please save yourself the trouble and do not get involved with this CARD. Someone got hold of my PIN number from a business and went to a ATM miles away and wiped out my funds, Insight investigation team is a joke, they denied my claim to get me money back, and I am in the process of consulting the attorney General of the State of California against them. Please beware of them

Insight prepaid isn't a good card been with them for years then got charged ***$ decline fees overdraft was deactivated I was told I was enelgible when I have over 3 checks going to my account been waiting 3 months for a resolution to the problem they charge for customer service calls as well very displeased with insight

I will never and I repeat I will never deal with them again. They ***** Money right out of your Account and If you have a problem and need to talk to someone they charge a dollar every time even If It's their fault. I got my original card cancelled because everyday there was more and more Money missing. I got a new card mailed to me and after 12 I called to see where It was at and the lady had an attitude and tells me tomorrow. 4 more days went by and nothing so I called again and this lady also has an attitude and tells me that mail doesn't get delivered on Saturdays and that's why It's taking so long. I told her mail does get delivered on Saturdays and she say's you can believe whatever you want to believe. Another six days goes by and I call again and the girl tells me the reason I haven't got my card Is because my address was wrong but meanwhile I already had a card delivered to me and I also get bank statements from them. Stay the **** away from them because they are one big Nightmare and they don't want to help but they do want to take your Money!!

What a nightmare! They charge for everything. I tried to draw money from my account at ATM. Terminal showed the bank took money from my account but machine did not dispense. Insight made me file a dispute, pay for a replacement card and then charged me $** plus ATM fees to get back the money they took in first place. Today I went to a different bank. These people need to be shut down

WORST CARD OF MY LIFE!!! Charges EVERYTIME YOU DO ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING!! I can't honestly believe check n cash thought this service was a good use to their customers I can't wait to withdraw all my money and cut the card up into small pieces!!!!!
