Reasonable price renewal - other quotes all higher even with black box
My son's policy. It took a while to get through on chat but once he did the person he spoke to had the answers he needed to renew.
Disappointed to lose the 20,000 miles offered by email, presumably as one of the additional drivers had a claim last year, so back to standard 6,000. This could have been mentioned when he advised of this in the chat as he would have removed the individual. Hopefully he wont need to buy extra miles
Retaining the black box for a 4th year meant that the renewal price, although a big increase, could not be matched by any other quotes.
