Reasonable price renewal - other quotes all higher even with black box

My son's policy. It took a while to get through on chat but once he did the person he spoke to had the answers he needed to renew.
Disappointed to lose the 20,000 miles offered by email, presumably as one of the additional drivers had a claim last year, so back to standard 6,000. This could have been mentioned when he advised of this in the chat as he would have removed the individual. Hopefully he wont need to buy extra miles
Retaining the black box for a 4th year meant that the renewal price, although a big increase, could not be matched by any other quotes.

Excellent Customer Service

Arranging Insurance for Young Driver was a very time consuming process. Came across Insure the Box, and went through the process, and they came up with a very competitive quotation. Took out the policy online. Next day needed to make a change, so phoned Customer Services. The Agent we spoke to could not have been more helpful, very understanding, made the change, and even got Management to waive the fee. Very happy with the policy now, and increased confidence that Insure the Box will continue to provide great service over the next year.

Everyone should check very carefully…

Everyone should check very carefully before buying insurance policy from this company, they have hidden terms and conditions, they want your money at any possible way they can. Money lovers not good service

Black box installed yesterday

Black box installed yesterday. Installer did a neat and tidy job. By having a black box installed my insurance is less than half of my renewal quote.

DO NOT TAKE OUT POLICY

honestly the WORST insurance company ever, do not go with them, even if you think that it is the cheapest option because they will catch you out by someway, stay well away from these !!!!

The lady went above and beyond and had…

The lady went above and beyond and had to do a lot of of looking into my situation to actually take my payment she sorted the problem out that I had had for 2days ..I was MOST grateful.

I had one of my worst experience with…

I had one of my worst experience with them. Firstly I thought it will be cheap which was not true. Secondly due health conditions I didn’t open my letters or check my emails, I was only one day late to provide required documents but they still cancelled my policy even after I provided documents and also got doctors report explaining that I am suffering severe health issues. Despite all this they cancelled my car insurance. I struggled to even attend my doctors appointment. And because of that I had to take emergency car insurance and paying a lot more. I would not recommend to anyone. Don’t think it’s going to be cheaper because it is not.

Professional and very efficient company

An extremely friendly young man went through the car insurance application for with me and helped me by explaining what meant what. He was extremely professional and guided me through the whole procedure very efficiently. I am delighted, especially with the price, and am so pleased I chose this insurance company.
