      I prepaid for a therapy visit for my daughter. I changed my mind and my daughter never went for the visit. I contacted the therapy office and requested a refund. They issued a refund to ASE credit union and I had already closed my account with that bank. Now *** keeps telling me they are having trouble finding the funds and can not tell me when the issue will be resolved. I have been waiting for 2 months. The amount of the funds are $399.

      ASE has been blatantly reported incorrect informatuin to my credit file to hurt my credit standing. They initially noted that the debt had been charged off but continued. to report each month that i was late and reflecting a past due balance. My account wuth them has been closed but reflrcts as open on my credit report as if i am currently dealibg with them & neglecting my responsibility. I reported this to the credit bureau numerous times& to no avail was able to have the inaccuracy corrected nor removed. They just recently (after 2.5-3 years) changed the charge off to 120 days late causing my credit score to drop 30 plus points. This is incorrect information. I have never been this late paying my car note. *** is committing fraud and in direct violation of my FCRA rights. They also reported a repossession when i told them to wait until the 16th and if they could not they could come get the car. *** has been committing fraud and violatinv my rights ever since i spoke up. So i assume they believe they are teaching me a ******

      On or around January 18, 2023 *************** of AL State Employee Credit Union declined payment for approximately $7 while I was in Ireland. I notified the credit union of my trip. The *************** declined my purchase and sent text to my phone telling me to contact them and failure to do so would result in cancellation of my ***** I called a couple of times but was put on hold so I decided to handle the situation when I return. Once home I immediately contacted the *************** and ask them to lift the block on my card and that it was I trying to use the card. The representative then ask me if I signed up for Apple Pay or ****** pay or something from my phone. I asked her to be more specific and she said she could not. At this point I told her that I am not using any of the above mentioned so she cancelled my **** card and told me that she can not issue me a new one that I have to call customer service. The representative lied to me in my opinion, I feel like she was looking for reason to cancel my card no matter what. This is approximately the third time if not more **** has cancelled my card while I was overseas. I feel that it is deliberate because I notified the credit union of my travel. I have also complained in the past with no success because it continues to happen. A new card was ordered on January 21, 2023 and I have not received it to this day. I feel that it is personal and **** is trying to inconvenience me. Im never late and I always pay my credit card on time.

      I have stage 4 cancer and have been trying for over a month to get my wife put on my account as an account holder. I have completed all the paperwork the credit union sent me but they refuse to put her on my account. The last person I talked to was a supervisor named Tonya

      I was charged multiple overdraft fees before I had even one on 12/1/2021 and 12/10/2021. These overdrafts continue into the 2nd and 11th as well. My transactions were held in pending and then each one was charged and overdraft all though only one (on the 10th) was Actually overdraft. On the first, they claimed I had pending transactions nI couldn't see on my side and refused to remove the right extra charges. They have not responded regarding the ones that just occurred on the tenth yet but I don't expect them to correct this error with. So far , they have charged $330 I'm overdraft fees for transactions that were not overdraft.
