I bought the voucher for hotel deal , to find out once I had purchased it , that the date I wanted wasn’t available.
I even checked with hotel and they did have standard room availability.
If I’d known, there was no availability would not have purchased.

Should be able to see dates prior to purchase.

If I could give more than five stars I would as the customer service I received from Fiona was excellent. She has been kind, helpful and understanding when I unexpectedly developed sciatica and was unable to use my voucher, she went above and beyond to help and I very much appreciate it. Happy to say I am now pain free and looking forward to enjoying my voucher.

Itison always has the latest deals of trending restaurants and 4 or 5 star hotels. There is always a saving to be made , sometimes not as much as advertised. But still a saving on the plus side it makes you go to places you've not tried before.

I was aware that there was a charge of 13p per minute for telephone booking, but when I called the call took longer than it should have because the person who took the call had trouble with their computer and eventually I was cut off. I did get a call back so that my booking could be completed but noticed call cost me £5.
Luckily I have a cap on calls, or it would have cost me more. The call lasted 7 minutes, so the other cost must have been a connection charge.
It would be better if I would have been able to send an email or text, but this service is not available with Itison, so I will think twice before I order via Itison again.

Itison is just the very best place for deals you actually need. Whether it's a night out for a lovely meal or break away or an adventure. I just would be without Itison. I forgot to put in the promo code when ordering a deal so I was charged the full price. It was my fault but when I phoned to try and correct it the girl in the office could not have been more helpful. Within a few minutes she had cancelled my order and talked me through reordering the deal with the discount. Great service, lovely staff, that’s why I’ve been with Itison for so many years 👏👏

I had a problems both applying the discount code and then selecting dates for our stay.
I telephoned customer services three times and everyone was very helpful and understanding.
To be able to speak to someone quickly and be given efficient service is to be applauded.

I have used Itison on a number of occasions and have never been let down. If I've had a query just dropped them an email and hay presto, sorted. Looking for a break away or some place different to eat, Itison is first place I look and normally don't need to look anywhere else, 5 star company all the time.

I made a purchase yesterday and because ?my card is stored on the system or my error I did not get the 10% promo of my purchase.

My booking went through so quickly and smoothly, so much so that I doubted whether it had worked! However, phoned the venue to double-check all was in order, which it was. We got an amazing deal for a 3-night stay in York, but the proof of the pudding has yet to be tested as its booked for the week after next.

Although Whigham Wine Cellars (Edinburgh) was quiet on a Sunday afternoon (we arrived at 3:30), the food was excellent. Lovely starters (cullen skink & calamari) and delicious roast beef. A very nice dining space and attentive service.
