"All-in-One Password Manager That's Easy to Use and Enterprise-Ready"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

Robust security policies and access management mechanisms.

A rich feature set for secure password sharing, including options for one-time access, expiry, and contextual sharing.

Strong integration with other Keeper Security services, such as Connection Manager, Remote Browser Isolation, Secrets Manager, and KeeperPAM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

The administrative user interface (UI) is not as intuitive as it could be, with certain features being difficult to locate.

The performance of the Admin UI has been unacceptable over the past couple of months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent foundation – just a few steps from perfection!"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

Keeper Password Manager offers an outstanding user interface—clean, intuitive, and highly customizable. It's incredibly easy to navigate, even for first-time users. I appreciate the wide variety of record types available, from basic logins to advanced formats like SSH keys, credit card entries, software licenses, and databases. This flexibility makes it a comprehensive solution for both individual and enterprise needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

There are no major downsides, but if I had to point out something, the admin panel could use some improvement—it feels slightly clunky compared to the rest of the interface. Still, it’s a minor issue in an otherwise excellent platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One Password to Rule Them All"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

The ease of use, it's so intuitive and easy to navigate. When it comes to corporate level usage, managing various users is a breeze, sharing password or credentials between users and delegating levels of hierarchy is such time saver with peace of mind included. We use it daily here in the company and it ensures our business stays agile but safe. It's so easy to onboard new members as well, I would have never thought a password management app with a tough layer of security would be so easy to implement on our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

The only Con which is not a CON itself is how often you have to sign in to keep the browser extension active, I know it's a security feature I would only wish I didn't have to do it so frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Secure, and User-Friendly – Keeper Security Delivers Peace of Mind"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

What I like best about Keeper is its perfect blend of security, usability, and scalability. The platform’s zero-knowledge architecture gives me confidence that sensitive credentials are always secure, while the intuitive interface makes it easy for both technical and non-technical users to adopt. Features like role-based access controls, secure password sharing, and detailed audit logs make it an excellent fit for organizational use. I also appreciate the seamless integration with browsers, mobile devices, and SSO/MFA tools—Keeper just works, and it works really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

While overall I'm very satisfied with Keeper, there are a few areas that could be improved. The admin interface, while powerful, has a bit of a learning curve—especially when managing more advanced features like role enforcement policies or integrating with external directories. Additionally, reporting features could be more customizable to better meet specific audit or compliance needs. That said, Keeper’s support team is responsive, and the product continues to evolve in the right direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeper Password Manager is Business Quality and Home User Easy"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

1) Their security hasn't been breached.

2) It's built for business. It works and was designed for business environments. For example, it works with SSO. It wasn't designed for the consumer and re-engineered for business. It was designed for business from the beginning.

3) It is easy for the home user to use. If I use it at home, that says something.

4) Updates are automatic and seamless.

5) Customer support is just as important as the product. When I used it a few times so far, their support was decent.

6) They have a piece of software that will fill-in authentication fields in local software installations that are not browser-based. This is a nice feature.

7) They have command-line support, even though I haven't used it yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

Their naming conventions are a bit confusing. Keeper Password Manager and Digital Vault is a long name. KeeperFill is the most used part of Keeper Password Manager and Digital Vault. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeper has kept my passwords safe and I don’t need to remember any!"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

Keeper Password Manager is its strong focus on security without making things overly complicated. It uses zero-knowledge encryption, which means even Keeper can’t see your passwords. Everything is protected with AES-256 encryption, and it supports multi-factor authentication, including biometrics. The interface is clean, and it’s easy to store and share passwords securely with others if needed. It just works without getting in your way, which is exactly what I want in a password manager. What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

Occasional syncing issues between devices, which can be a bit frustrating when trying to access passwords on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Très bon gestionnaire de mot de passe (et pas que !), en constante évolution"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

"A great solution for both business and personal needs."
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

As both as user and administrator Keeper has been such a great experiernce. The app itself is widely usable across browsers, platforms, and devices. Easy to navigate, smart enough to know what website I'm on, and auto fill if I've set that site to do so. Search within the app is great as well as being able to launch the site from the prefilled. As an admin, we've set up SSO which makes it easy for my users while still having the security of admin approval on new devies. Breachwatch allows me and my uses to keep track of any possible loss of data. It truly makes my day to day easier. Being able to share passwords with certain users has certainly made things easier as well as the ability to send a previous employees stored passwords to a manager when needed. The password generator is great being able to customize password or passphrase what symbols you want in there, how many characterse and saving those preferences for the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

Honestly for my use, it comes down to certain sites, not prefilling when I want them to, having to open the app, copy a user name, paste it, open the app again, copy and paste again, finding a way to leave it on the log in page would be helpful or simply having it properly prefill in the first place. I've attended a few of their online seminars and I know they are working on bug fixes and more features along the way. One thing I do wish is we could lower the passphrase generator to 4 words as there are many websites that don't allow enough characters to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product for organizational password management"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

We have been using Keeper for about 5 years now, and recent improvements have only made the product better. As an enterprise customer, it is easy for us to manage users, transfer passwords for departing users, and share team passwords and key information securely. Managing users is effortless, and customer service has been fantastic. The ability to use Keeper records to create and store MFA codes has been a game-changer for our staff as well. Recent updates to permissions have also made it much easier to manage so that tech admins have access to all passwords and the ability to edit, while team managers also have access to their shared folders to manage sharing and records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

The only challange we have is when we create a "shortcut" to a password record so it is shared in additional folders - there is no way to know that record is linked to another record. We get that these are seen as individual records by keeper, but by creating a shortcut, updating one record updates all the related shortcuts. it would be super helpful to be able to somehow see that a record is a shortcut of another (or not) to ensure records are tied together propertly. "Secure, Easy-to-Use, and Packed with Enterprise Features"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

Keeper stands out for its exceptional ease of use and robust security features. The intuitive user interface makes password management accessible to all users, regardless of technical proficiency. I especially appreciate the secure vault that allows organizing credentials with folders and record types. The browser extension is highly responsive and works seamlessly across major browsers, autofilling credentials reliably. Keeper's Zero-Knowledge architecture gives peace of mind that data is encrypted and stored securely. In an enterprise setting, I found the policy enforcement, user provisioning (with SCIM), and detailed reporting tools extremely helpful for compliance and audit readiness. The ability to securely share credentials within teams without exposing plaintext passwords is another major advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

While Keeper is an excellent platform overall, there are a few areas where it could improve. The initial setup, especially for enterprise integrations (e.g., with SSO and SCIM), requires some technical effort and documentation could be more detailed for specific edge cases. Mobile app syncing occasionally lags behind updates made on the desktop version, although this has been rare. Also, the admin panel/dashboard occasionally lags.
