LOUSY SHIPPING

I purchased coaster tiles, 2 cases. The product is OK, nothing spectacular but decently priced. It was shipped in two separate cartons made of flimsy cardboard that were taped together to create one package. 10 smaller packages of 2 tiles in each box. One of the boxes arrived with the end torn open and 6 of the packages or 12 tiles were missing. After waiting 17 days for the tiles to arrive, more than 25% of the order was missing due to the fact the company tried to save a couple bucks on packaging. When I reported that with photographic evidence I was told that instead of refunding me, or (preferably) sending me replacements for the missing items that they were issuing me a $12 credit on my next order (if I ever felt like waiting nearly three weeks for another half order) Bottom line is, if you're in a hurry or have customers waiting on products steer clear of this supplier. Since I don't feel like wasting my time, I guess I'm just out of the money. Not a very good way to do business

Probably SCAM website

Probably SCAM website, stole my product image photos to pretend thay had a product. Will not remove my copyright images. Their MAIN email address bounces back says "no such mail domain" when I send a takedown notice.
Just avoid the hassle and buy from another site. funny, if you tick the box below says"let this company know about your review", it uses that non-exsistent mail address.....

Placed order August 8th , August 18th still NOT HERE :(

Placed order August 8th, said package was to ship in 24 hours, Not the case, shipped 3rd day !! I was expecting to recieve the shipment from California to New Jersey in the 3 days promised, Not the case again, here it is 10 days later, NO PACKAGE ! 1st and Last time doing business with Sign In-China !!! I advise you to find another supplier before spending any money there :(

SIGN IN CHINA GOING OUT OF BUSINESS???

I have purchased led modules a number of times from sign-in-China. I always received the products eventually. They did send 1 watt modules when I ordered.72watt modules and they tried convincing me the 1 watt would work and would not replace them with what I ordered. This last order has disappeared from my account however they took my money. I have emailed them 6 times in six days and they will not respond.
I’m thinking they must be going out of business. BEWARE SIGN-IN-CHINA is taking money and not delivering the product.

Very unreliable, if not some kind of fraud

Phase 1:
24 hour shipment promised but not delivered. No response to any inquiries via any offered channel - email, chat (never available), contact form, no sign of anything happening for a period of more than two weeks. Only after Paypal charge back request seller sends an email "Please trust our company again..." but still no sign of anything shipping. Very unreliable seller, looks like a fraud using a website of maybe previously working business to collect money from buyers from other countries and counting on buyers will give up due to difficulty of receiving compensation.

Phase 2:
A week after Paypal charge back request seller provided a tracking number. So the actual shipping time instead of 24 hrs is 19 days. And that only if you have a way to demand a refund. I you don't then there not much reason to believe you will receive anything.
Paypal is only interested the tracking information so exceeding the promised shipping time by 1900 % is not an issue for them. "No refund".

I placed an order on 4/17/2020
I placed an order on 4/17/2020. They shipped one item from my order but did not ship 3 other items as of yet. I emailed them more than 5 times but no response. I contacted paypal and opened a dispute . Someone named Lynn agreed to refund the balance but I still have not received a refund and no response thereafter even though I contacted them 3 times asking for a refund . I think they have a good website but are a trustworthy company.
