MY PAGE

MY PAGE displays your membership information, payment details, and purchased apps.

  • To access MY PAGE, you must log in to your LG TV account.

  • After you log in, select to open MY PAGE or to Sign Out.

My information

The My information page allows you to see and modify your ID and basic information.

Changing your Password

To change the password for your account, perform the following steps:

  1. Select Smart Home() > .

  2. Select My Page.

  3. Select My information.

  4. Select the Change password button.

  5. Enter your current password.

  6. Enter your new password.

  7. Enter your new password again.

  8. Select the OK button to register the change.

Changing your Membership Information

Only full members can change their membership information. If you are an associate member and wish to change your membership information, you must first enter the additional information required to upgrade to full membership.

To change your membership information, perform the following steps:

  1. Select Smart Home() > .

  2. Select My Page.

  3. Select My information.

  4. Select the Change Membership Data button.

  5. Enter your password.

  6. Change the necessary information.

  7. Select the Complete button to register the change.

Entering Additional Information

Associate members can select the Enter Additional Data button to upgrade to full membership.

To enter the additional information required to upgrade to full membership, perform the following steps:

  1. Select Smart Home() > .

  2. Select My Page.

  3. Select My information.

  4. Select the Enter Additional Data button.

  5. Enter your password.

  6. Enter your name and Resident Registration Number.

  7. Enter your address.

  8. Select the Complete button to upgrade to full membership.

Cancelling your Account

To cancel your LG TV account, perform the following steps:

  1. Select Smart Home() > .

  2. Select My Page.

  3. Select My information.

  4. Select the Membership Withdrawal button to open the window that confirms the cancellation of your account.

  5. Select the Yes button.

  6. Enter your ID and password.

  7. Select the OK button to cancel your LG TV account.

  • You cannot reuse a cancelled ID when you create a new account.

  • If you sign out, your credit and coupons are all deleted.

Payment Inquiry

This shows the price, date of purchase and remaining period of use and remaining counts of use of all apps that the user purchase.

Before you can purchase an app for your Smart TV, you must register your payment information.

Registering your Credit Card from your TV

To register your credit card from your TV, perform the following steps:

  1. Select Smart Home() > .

  2. Select My Page.

  3. Select Payment Inquiry.

  4. Select the Credit Card Registration button.

  5. Enter your credit card information.

  6. Select the Complete button to register the credit card.

Select Credit Card Details to register another credit card or delete a registered credit card.

Registering your Credit Card from a PC

You can visit the LG Apps TV website (www.lgappstv.com) to register your credit card from a PC.

To register your credit card from a PC, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to the LG Apps TV website.

  2. Log in to your LG TV account.

  3. Click My Page.

  4. Click Register Payment Method.

  5. Click Submit to open the Terms of Use Agreement window.

  6. Agree to the Terms of Use Agreement.

  7. Enter your credit card information.

  8. Click the Authentication button to open the authentication certificate window.

  9. Enter the password of the authentication certificate.

  10. Click the OK button to complete the credit card registration process.

You must use Internet Explorer to register the payment method for your LG TV account.

Purchased Apps

The Purchased Apps page lists all of the apps you have purchased. The app list shows the name of app, date of purchase, and app status.

The app status indicates whether the app is installed and up to date.

  • Not Installed

    App is not installed yet.

  • Installed

    the app is installed and has no updates available.

  • Update

    the app is installed and there is an update available.

  • Expired

    the period of use for the app has expired.

Select an app in the app list to view detailed information about it.
