Title: Serious Concerns Regarding Potential Fraud
I am deeply troubled by my experience with [Credit Union's Name] and feel compelled to share my concerns. Recently, I have observed a significant decrease in my savings without any apparent explanation or transactions on my part.
Upon further investigation and reviewing my account statements, I strongly suspect that there are potential fraudulent activities occurring within my savings account at LGFCU Credit Union: https://www.lgfcu.org. The diminishing balance, despite my lack of activity and the account being solely for saving purposes, raises serious red flags for me.
I have taken steps to address this issue by reaching out to the credit union's customer service, but the lack of clarity or satisfactory resolution has only compounded my worries.
Regrettably, I now find myself considering legal action to investigate these irregularities and protect my financial interests. It is disappointing and distressing to believe that there might be insider fraud affecting account holders.
I implore others who may have similar concerns to scrutinize their account statements diligently and take appropriate action if they notice any discrepancies.
I found that my balance is less than it was when I opened the account. I cannot even view my statements online, despite being logged in. When I went to withdraw some cash, thinking of transferring my savings elsewhere, a police car and officers arrived and parked right next to me, watching as though I were a criminal. That experience was incredibly uncomfortable. It begs the question: What are the bank and the police really up to? Are the LOCAL police in on the fraud?
Lgfcu is a great credit union. Wouldn't bank without them. Lgfcu has good customer service if you call them or go to their facility in person. I recommend this credit union to anyone, especially if you are using there credit cards. I'm very fortunate to be one of there customers.
They make you jump through hoops and are the most ridiculous to have access to your money customer service is absolutely rude and nonexistent and when it comes to anyone stealing your card information and making fraudulent charges they do not back you up they will never get your money back and it will be the biggest pain everytime.
Local Government Federal Credit Union is one of the best banking institutions I’ve ever used. Their tellers are always very friendly and welcoming. I’ve never had any major problems, but one minor problem was quickly resolved by a teller. They go above and beyond. I once needed to withdraw cash off of my credit card and didn’t have the proper information, and they made an exception for me. I can’t say enough good things about them. I strongly encourage anyone who can sign up with LGFCU to do so. You won’t ever want to go back to a traditional bank afterwards.
This is a fairly decent credit union. Nothing too special about it at all. I have had very minor issues with the staff here, nothing too terrible. They are not too bad about conflict resolution. For the most part I don't mind going to this credit union. I prefer to go to a few different other credit unions if I have the choice. Overall the service is quite quick and painless. They tend to get you in and out quite quickly. The ability to get in and out of a credit union quickly is something that is very important to me.
I started my LGFCU account after working for a local hospital. LGFCU has been acceptable. I had some problems in the past with another bank, which is the reason I switched to the credit union. I've always had my deposits show up the same day. I did have one error on my account, and the credit union fixed it promptly. I had one other issue getting a debit card after mine expired. I wasn't too worried about it since I rarely use it, but had I been a heavy debit card user, it would have probably caused me to leave them. I love that I can go to any LGFCU or SECU location, which is something I only recently discovered. Maybe they should advertise that so that people know both locations will handle their business. I will continue to do business with them for the foreseeable future.
It has been a pleasure banking with this particular bank. I have never had any issues with them at all. They are always very helpful with any questions that I ask in regard to my account. The level of customer service and professionalism is outstanding. I made the right choice by switching my direct deposit over to this bank. And when it involves handling a possible identity-fraud related issue I had in the past, they were more than helpful with the situation and helped me resolve the particular issue I had at the time. Overall this is a great bank that I strongly recommend.
I have had zero issues with their checking services. I sometimes have to work for extended periods overseas, but thanks to their online checking I can manage everything hassle-free. Any time I have a question or issue (such as when an account was not showing up properly online), I could quickly send an email for help and would get a response within 24 hours. Customer service has always been friendly and helpful. When I am home in the States, I can quickly check my balances both online and by phone, and easily transfer money from my checking account to my credit card balance or savings account.
This is a problem-free credit union! I switched from one of the biggest banks in the county to LGFCU and I did not make a mistake. The account setup was easy and fast with friendly people holding my hand the whole way. I applied for their credit card over their website and got approved in a few days with card in hand. I set up different savings accounts through their webpage. Anytime I had a question, I would e-mail them and receive a response that day. Amazing. Another advantage is that they are EVERYWHERE. If you have a State Employees Credit Union near you, you have a LGFCU inside. They also have CashPoints ATMs. I can't recommend them enough!
This bank is a wonderful bank. I have had a checking and savings account with them for the last 9 years, and never once had a problem with them. The employees are very helpful and can aid you in all that you may need. There is a coloring section for children in the bank, so that they can be amused while the adults take care of banking errands. The bank has an online edition that users can view at all times of the day. The bank is very clean and neat. I would definitely recommend this bank to anyone looking to open a checking or savings account.
