• Access your account by logging in online or on AFmobile®. If you haven't already, you'll need to register for an account first.

  • To register, click the Login button and then click Register. You’ll need your Customer Number or Social Security number. You create your username and password. Your username and password are the same for both AFmobile and online.

  • Online Account:

    Select the profile icon, then select Password. Click Save Password when you’re done.

    AFmobile:

    Select the profile icon, then select Change Password under the Security section. Tap Update Password when you’re done.

  • Online Account:

    To reset your password, go to the login screen and click Forgot Password. Input your username and Submit. Choose your preferred communication method to receive a one-time code and follow the prompts. You'll need to reset your password before logging in to your account.

  • If you forgot your username, go to the login screen and click Forgot Username. Input your last name, Customer Number or Social Security number, and date of birth. Choose your preferred communication method to receive a one-time code and follow the prompts.

  • For Insurance Claims:

    In the My Benefits section on the home dashboard, you’ll find a list of active insurance policies. Click View Benefits Overview to view the full list. Then, select the View Claims button next to each policy for a list of all received and processed claims.

    For Reimbursement Accounts:

    On the home dashboard, select the reimbursement account you would like to view. The claims list will be at the bottom the page. You can search by date range or monetary amount, as well as filter by claim status. 

    1. Log in to your online account or AFmobile
    2. Select the Additional Documentation button
    3. Select either Reimbursement Account(s) or Insurance Claim
      • For Reimbursement Accounts, select the pending transaction and click Add Receipt to upload documentation.
      • For Insurance Claims, select the insurance policy from the dropdown, then upload your documentation.
  • Yes. You may select how you’d like to receive notifications about your account, claims, and transactions. Click the person icon on the top right of your home dashboard, and scroll down to Communications.

    Note: Your reimbursement account communication preferences are selected separately. Please select Reimbursement Communications to update these specific account notifications.

  • You must wait one business day after your enrollment to create your online account.

Once registered, you will be able to log in and view your account information. Your policy information will be available on your effective date.
