Click on Domains > Click on your domain name > FTP Accounts > Add New. Enter a User ID and Password for the FTP, then click SAVE.

Use your Helm control panel to setup your Email accounts(s)
Simply click on Domains > Click on your domain name > Email Accounts > Add New. Enter the email address and password, then click SAVE.
