Unfortunately, you cannot use your existing Tanki Online accounts in the Steam version. To play Tanki Online on Steam you will have to create a brand new account. Additionally, any accounts you create in the Steam version will only be usable on Steam. This is due to a technical limitation that we are currently unable to overcome.

Of course, your other accounts will remain functional and can be played in the web and downloadable client versions of the game.
