Richard and Josephine were very good hosts and answered any questions I had. Their Condo was exactly as described and very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was available for use. The complex was well maintained and the swimming pool was great. The beach is a very short walk across the street from the complex. The area is a dinning wonderland with restaurants close by either by walking or driving. This exchange was especially convenient for me because it was just a couple of hours drive from my home. Arrival and departure was made even more convenient because there was a shopping cart near the elevator so unloading the car could be done in one trip for me.

We found a great apartment in Berlin which was convenient, spacious & our host was very prompt with any communications. We couldn't have been happier & hope to stay again as we will be back to visit our son who now lives in Berlin.

I have been home exchanging for the past 16 years and had some great experiences, met some lovely people and visited some more obscure, interesting places. However, the personal touch has gone from the company. I am amazed at the lack of requests I now get for our home. I recently had a points exchange and that worked very well.

Love Home Swap is a reliable platform that connects users for home exchanges. The team behind the platform is commendable, as they actively mediate and resolve any issues that may arise during the process. However, the only downside is that the acquired points cannot be fully utilized. Nevertheless, if you're open to a classic exchange, Love Home Swap proves to be a worthwhile investment.
