@phillysportking @SantanderBankUS Totally totally unacceptable l. Was Santander hacked? It's horrible service to have your customer service phone blocked from live callers who you know will be angry about "scheduled maintenance". You gave no warning before hand, you don't even give ETA when done

@colormejassy I should have known this was a sketchy, predatory deal when I was supposedly approved through Santander Consumer. My issue is I would have given them their car and keys back had they told me it wasn’t mine.

@rrmyatt @AndyHar99612377 My brother in law had issues with santander and blew them out. I think I read somewhere that the staff were still working from home, this may explain the issues. Their expensive HQ is in MK Central.

@boothy91 @MartinSLewis Hi Martin. I've had finance with Santander and although I created an email, I didn't know the agreement no. so contacted them for it and was told that they had a complaint form on their site so filled that out. Do I still wait the 28 days or as I didn't email, longer?

You will receive a final response from September 25 2024…”. Nothing on expectation of correspondence in the meantime and no email.

@Sioux_Smith @SainsburysNews My local store at Talbot Heath accepting chip & pin and fortunately Santander payments were going through. Staff were advising customers at the door of the issue. One of the managers was on hand at tills, helping. Busy, but well managed by all staff.

@pianocat5 @sainsburys Hi, because of your issues we couldn’t pay today using an @AmexUK card. We’d been told that Virgin and Santander were affected but not Amex. This means we haven’t received the 143 Avios reward points we should have been due. Maybe you could give us equivalent nectar points?
