I'm dying
Did a bank switch and they blocked my account immediately I've been left destitute now for 11 days I am becoming emaciated and am at risk of losing my job because I can't pay to travel. Definitely avoid at all costs. They told me to go to a food bank ok I'll just walk the 3 hours there and back in my condition. Edit After phoning multiple times a day I finally got through to an experienced member of the fraud team that was able to arrange for me to go into the branch and withdraw the cash. Bear this in mind if you are phoning about a problem I must have spoken to at least ten people about this there's a 90% chance you are going to get put through to a moron. Why even have someone operating the phones that isn't aware of processes. I will be closing my account asap
