Viking Direct makes landfall at Rosemount Business Park

The discount office products specialist, Viking Direct Ltd, is to lease a 90,000 sq ft distribution centre from Lark Developments at Rosemount Business Park in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. The building will have 15,000 sq ft of offices on three levels and will have the latest high-tech computer and automated picking facilities. The rent will be £535,000 per annum, according to DTZ Sherry FitzGerald. Lark Developments has also sold a 70,000 sq ft distribution and office building on the adjoining Northwest Business Park to Hibernian Cargo, Classic Furniture, BR Marketing and McBurney Transport.
