Hey @MTR-1212 very welcome to the Community! Make sure you have Map My Walk linked to your Fitbit account by logging into your Online Dashboard and after that click on the gear icon, go to settings and select Applications, you'll need to see MapMyWalk and try to relink the application. Let me share with you the list of compatible apps with Fitbit "Partnership". However, I couldn't find MapMyWalk. Did you mean MapMyFitness? If this is the case, try to Force Quit the Fitbit app and then relink MapMyFitness.
Keep me posted!

@TarinFitbit FYI: Map my walk, map my run, map my bike, and map my exercise are basically the same program and all link up to the same Under Armour servers

@MTR-1212 Based on @Rich_Laue's clarification, MapMyFitness uses built-in GPS to provide runners with the ability to map, record, and share their exercise routes and workouts. So, please note the following:
- Your data will sync from Fitbit to MapMyFitness programs.
- MapMyFitness activity doesn't sync to Fitbit.
- MapMyFitness programs include MapMyRun, MapMyHike, MapMyRide, and MapMyWalk
- Upon registration, 1 month of Fitbit Data will sync over
- MapMyFitness account will be updated each time Fitbit syncs
Hope this helps and thanks again @Rich_Laue.
