Need to get connected to Marriott’s Wi-Fi Network? Marriott hotels offer various Wi-Fi options for guests during their stays.

This guide will outline the different types of Wi-Fi available at Marriott properties, how to connect to the network, and how to get Wi-Fi for free.

How to Get Free Marriott Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is free at almost every Marriott hotel as long as you:

  1. Are a member of their Bonvoy loyalty program, which is free to join; AND
  2. Book directly with Marriott either through their website, mobile app, by phone, or directly with the hotel.

Generally, you are not eligible for free internet if you book with a third party website such as TripAdvisor, Priceline, Expedia, etc.

However, there are a few exceptions to the direct booking rule:

  • Marriott Bonvoy Elite Gold, Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador members are eligible for “enhanced internet” regardless of their booking method.
  • Internet is free for all guests at the following Marriott brands: Aloft, City Express, Delta Hotels, EDITION, Element, Four Points by Sheraton, Four Points Express, Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy®, Marriott Grand Residence Club, Marriott Vacation Club, Moxy Hotels, Protea Hotels, Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Sheraton Vacation Club, and Westin Vacation Club.

Connecting to Marriott’s WiFi is fairly easy.

  1.  Open your device’s WiFi settings and connect to hotel’s wi-fi network. Most of the time it is called “[Hotel Brand]_Guest” or Marriott Hotels or Marriott Bonvoy.
  2. Launch your internet browser and try to load any website. If it does not automatically redirect to the hotel’s sign-in page, you can visit the following URL, MarriottWifi.com to get to the sign-in page.
  3. Fill in your information, which is typically your last name and room number.
If you are still unable to connect, call the front desk, which should be able to assist you with your technical issue.
