I tried to contact someone, both online and on the phone to no avail for over 4 constant hours to pay my my maintenance fees to no avail. The recording for the phone said call wait was over an hour, call later and hung up. I finally was able to pay online, but amount paid was wrong, you evidently charged me double for timberlodge resort (which I had already paid a couple days earlier). Could not get through to anyone, the hit extension for loans and was helped by a person who said he would help me and he did. Thank God after a very frustrating day.
