Soon after making a profile, I took their diamond membership so that I could send personalized messages to some of the profiles. After a few weeks of searching, I landed on my wife’s profile. Her profile reflected the simplicity that I wanted. I sent her a message and instantly got a reply. We chatted for some time and I told my family about her. We had a family meeting and within months, we were happily married.

Hi everyone, please do not fall for this company or open your account and pay for any services. I had opened an account with them in January, Ratna calls me and gives me all the fake promises and made me pay for their services which I did. Few weeks later she calls me again and asks to pay for an add on services, which I denied to do so and immediately they stopped communicating with me. So all their intentions is to take money from you and never provide service which you pay for. These people are SCAMMERS Ratna, Anju, Diksha do not ever trust on them. Also, they cancelled my membership mid-way before it expires in April. It was a shame to trust on them.

there are 2 people ( Princi Singh and Lisha Vargese ) they call themselves finalisement team within their company . their job is to fool people and get money . Eahc time they make a call they share lot of candidates photo's and once u pay expecting - then they disappear - they shared the same photos after 6 months of joining on subscription and didnt make any calls or anything - complete fake accounts .
they asked for upgrade which is valid for 3 months and also a promotion scheme within their website to attract candidates where they will arrange calls and speak with different candidates and arrange contacts/conference etc with me and claimed no further payment needed after this .
Within 2 weeks of that payment they asked for additional amount for another promotion and again claimed that this is final payment . after which they just arranged 2 calls in 4 weeks and these 2 people only call for asking money ( they claim they will make a conference call and they ask for money ) and that too at midnight .
Each of these payments are like 490 USD $ each.
And they talk as if these are small amount .
and if u ask for refund they start arguing .

Also note their profiles are fake and they also dont do a KYC .
and if u give ur phone number in website ; expect spam calls and telemarketers calls ; They a make money by giving away ur details and numbers to spammers
i live abroad and started getting spamer calls from india after i registered in this stupid website and imagine these spammers are making calls abroad and cant even english

scam company, because they wanted me to pay immediately before putting phone down,i had to make an excuse to cut the call, i spoke to two women, when i did online check i found they scammed others. luckily i didn't pay anything... brother best advice is to pray tahajud salaah, and all your problem will be solved and pray with ikhlaas

A complete fraud as when you ask for preferred matches in your home country they match you with ladies overseas. A complete disregard for respecting your time and most of all playing on people's feelings of false hope. All they speak about is upgrades to get better matches, what a complete joke. I had to block these people on WhatsApp and my personal email. You get better results with Bumble then this sham. I'm relieved as my membership expires today, woo hoo!

Last year, I used this service and paid £500. Initially, I was promised extensive support, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. The staff, including the manager, seemed unhelpful and I felt like I was being deceived into spending more money. I strongly advise against using this website as it appears to be operated by individuals engaging in dishonest practices. My warning stems from a regrettable encounter, and I urge others to avoid similar frustrations. Pls don't use this website!!!!!!!!!!

Matrimonialsindia doesnot actually deserve even one star. Truly dodgy people, fake profiles is all about. Especially for people living overseas should be extremely careful. They call you frantically, will vhase you so much with false promises, false tall claims that even I didn't care for $127 thinking there might be some real proposLs but things took an about turn moment money was paid. No less than a cheating instance. I will lodge request for investigation with Consumer Affairs soon.

Most unprofessional business. Some employee kept calling me and asking for details I did not want to share with a random person. Kept repeatedly calling at night and when I blocked them they called me through whatsapp and sent an audio on how to behave with people and how not to ignore them.
Stay away from this site.

I was regularly called by an executive "Rinky" of matrimonialsindia and she show me a huge confidence for finding my matching profile.After a small discussion I paid for gold membership. But after as I opened my profile to look out some suitable match, there was not even a single match. Today 5 days passed but I don't find any suitable profile. I decided to call that very executive again and again to ask but she stop picking up my phone.. highly disappointed.

This is a money making service with the aim of upselling at all costs. They do not listen to the preferences and simply arrange meaningless calls which we all know will not be compatible simply for the sake of meeting their targets. They also send you fake profile photos to keep you interest and when you ask about them they say give any excuse not to be able to match with the nice photos. Unfortunately i've wasted a significant amount of money with this service.
