Payroll Link in <strong>MyInfo</strong> is not available during the following additional times:<br />
Monday 4:00 p.m. EST - 11:00 p.m. EST<br />
Tuesday 11:00 a.m. EST - Wednesday 6:00 a.m. EST<br />

Yes! myinfo.meijer.com is a secure web site. We use industry standard methods of<br />
encrypting the data we send to your browser.<br />

Q. When logging into <strong>MyInfo</strong>, it says “Your Emplid and Password are Invalid”.<br />
What should I do?<br />
Make sure you are using the correct Emplid and Password. Emplid can be looked up<br />
from the <strong>Meijer</strong> One Stop page under the Hot Link Emplid Lookup. If the Emplid is<br />
correct, you will need to get a new password:<br />
Stores – See your Retail Administrative Assistant in person.<br />
Offices/DFs – Contact the Support Center at (616)-791-2727.<br />

Q. How do I change my address, phone number, or emergency contact?<br />
You can update your address and phone on the <strong>MyInfo</strong> Personal Data page and<br />
emergency contact can be updated on the Emergency Contact page. Both can be<br />
accessed from the Human Resources Menu.<br />

Q. I receive a message that there are secure and nonsecure items on this<br />
page. What does that mean?<br />
We have found this error occurs when using the Internet Explorer 5.5 browser. Don't<br />
worry, your data is still secure. Microsoft has released a fix for their browser as part of a<br />
Service Pack to resolve this issue. You may wish to consider upgrading your browser to<br />
a newer release.<br />

Q. Nothing happens when I click the Print Current Week's Paystub link. Why?<br />
This link opens a new browser window to display paystub information. Some browsers<br />
block new windows, often called “pop-up windows”, from opening. Please consult your<br />
browser documentation on how to enable pop-up windows for this site.<br />
