M-Health, Memorial Healthcare’s patient portal, provides 24-hour access to your medical records via the website and mobile app, allowing you to view test results, update your information, send messages to your provider, request/schedule non-emergency appointments, and more.

We’ve redesigned this page in hopes of making it easier for you to access or request access to the patient portal. As a reminder, you must have an email address on file in our Medical Records Department to create an account for M-Health.
