To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Morgan Stanley has increased parental leave and revamped its employee benefits for 2022 as the firm competes with its rivals to win top talent, reports Financial Advisor IQ. The New York-based investment bank will offer new parents up to 16 weeks of paid leave, as well as four weeks of paid leave to care for a family member with a serious health condition. Other benefit enhancements for 2022 include an increased 401(k) match, with the maximum rising from 4% to 5% of eligible pay for employees.
