As an OpenAthens user, you may map your OpenAthens user ID to your Elsevier Performance Manager user ID. Mapping your IDs will allow you to gain logged-in access to Elsevier on future visits, by simply authenticating through OpenAthens.

If your starting point is OpenAthens:
1. Choose Elsevier Performance Manager from the resources area.
2. Arrive on Elsevier Performance Manager and see the “Welcome, OpenAthens User” text in the login area.
3. Enter your Elsevier Performance Manager Learner ID and Password in the boxes provided, and click the “Login” button.
4. Your OpenAthens and Elsevier Performance Manager accounts are now mapped, and you will be automatically logged in to Elsevier Performance Manager the next time you come in from OpenAthens.

If your starting point is Elsevier Performance Manager:
1. Click the Login with OpenAthens link in the login area of Elsevier Performance Manager.
2. Enter your OpenAthens credentials at OpenAthens
3. Arrive on Elsevier Performance Manager and see the “Welcome, OpenAthens User” text in the login area.
4. Enter your Elsevier Performance Manager Learner ID and Password in the boxes provided, and click the “Login” button.
5. Your OpenAthens and Elsevier Performance Manager accounts are now mapped, and you will be automatically logged in to Elsevier Performance Manager the next time you come in from OpenAthens.

Additional Notes:
1. When you are finished using Elsevier Performance Manager, you should always log out and close your browser.
2. If needed, you may unmap your OpenAthens ID from the MyProfile link in the login area.
3. If you do not have an Elsevier Performance Manager user name or password, you may still gain access to Elsevier Performance Manager through OpenAthens, and can use the product as you normally do.
