The remuneration report includes decision notices and voting forms concerning the administrators remuneration. The decision notices and voting forms were amended on 15 July 2020 to include a decision on whether to form a creditors' committee. The last date for returning voting forms has been amended to 30 July 2020.

Following the expiry of the decision date for MBSL, no votes had been received. We have therefore issued a further decision notice and voting form, with the decision date amended to 2 September 2020.

Information regarding the sale of specific assets of Mothercare UK Ltd (“MUK” or the “Company”) on 5 November 2019 as required by Statement of Insolvency Practice No.16 (“SIP16”)

 

 

Zelf Hussain, David Baxendale and Toby Banfield have been appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company to manage its affairs, business and property as its agents and without personal liability. The Joint Liquidators are licensed in the United Kingdom to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

The Joint Liquidators may act as controllers of personal data as defined by UK data protection law depending upon the specific processing activities undertaken.
