Cannot acess AT&T prepaid login page
Hi, I'm trying to make changes to my autopay for my prepaid phone plan. Usually I would go to this page https://www.paygonline.com/websc/loginPage.html and then login to make any changes to my plan or payment method but today it says that "safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found." Is the prepaid login page moved to a different website? I tried searching for it but even AT&T's website is telling me to go to paygonline.com to access my AT&T prepaid account. Thanks.

Hope you got this settled. My login page is the same as the one you listed above and it's working for me.

If you are outside of the United States, login has been blocked on purpose.

Hi adrian80! We are here to help you access the Prepaid log in page again!
If you haven't already, clear your cache & cookies as this will help troubleshoot the error message you are receiving. Scroll down to 'how to clear your cache and cookies' for instructions based on the browser you are currently using.
Also, try switching browsers on your device, an example is try switching from the Safari browser to the Chrome browser to reset your online access. We also recommend switching devices as this will help pinpoint the area of concern.
