I have been using photobox for 18years creating books for my four children capturing their memories each year. It takes me a full year to create the books month by month and can only say each product ordered is to the highest standard. Things will be changing from July as upgrades are being made to the site. I hope to continue using this site as normal as these books are precious to me and my family. I cannot recommend photobox enough! ThAnks for memories

Easy configuration and ordering online. I ordered 3x 50x75 canvases with black edging. The print quality is good and because of the online assessment of my photos I had some confidence the resolution was good enough for the size of canvas. My only complaint is that the black edging wasn’t aligned on all sides of one of the canvases. Not a major problem but worth mentioning. Shipping was delayed but overall I am happy with the purchase and would order again in future.

Harvey Garcha and the B2B ordering service has been super-helpful with my bulk order every step of the way, from speeding up the process in time for a deadline I had, to replacing copies because I was unhappy with the original colour matching. The most amazing, remarkably good service. I am blown away, thank you.

Once I got the hang of uploading the photos and the various toolbars etc I enjoyed making my album and was very pleased with the final product.

I am quite computer literature but there were a few things that some people might struggle with.

This is the second photo book I have created with Photobox. Found the process pretty simple and love having a little A5 book that I can slip in my bag, rather than great big photo albums or everything just being on the phone. The booklets take up very little shelf room. Good quality paper.

While the photos that were correctly printed were lovely, they cropped one photo to miss my child’s head. When I spoke to the very unhelpful woman on the phone, she stated this was how I had cropped it. There is no clear instructions on how to crop the photos on the website and there was no indication this was how my photo would come. When I explained this I was simply told other people manage it 🙄 I was given a credit for the photo however still had to pay over £3 to deliver 1 photo! The website where you create the photos is terrible and there really is no clear indication of how your photos will be printed. The customer service is shocking. I would steer clear of this company!

Photos printed to a high quality and delivered well within the expected date. Good secure packaging, so they arrived safe and sound. I just wish they were to mobile ratios as some were cropped.

The Photobox web site for ordering prints is next to useless. I uploaded only 6 images but the "album" showed 8 different ones. After editing out the two I did not require and trying to check-out, the order only showed three of the six photos. I required only one of each but the checkout indicated one at x1 copy, one at x16 and another at x6. If Photobox can't get their front-end working properly how does this give any customer confidence that the rest of the process with work. I cancelled and went elsewhere.

Do not use this company! While photo and frame are reasonable quality, the framing itself is terrible - wrinkled and crumpled and the picture cannot be used. When I tried to report the problem I ran into GDPR protocols - despite it being me who ordered and paid for the picture as a present, the recipient had to be the person to get in touch to deal with the issue. Very unhelpful person on the phone who put the phone down on me mid-conversation. I will not be using Photobox again!

I have had many excellent experiences with Photobox and sent creations to Japan in the past, with no problems, but sending something to Norway has proved a nightmare. After more than 6 weeks, nothing has yet been delivered. The tracking, courtesy of the Spanish company Correos, is most unhelpful. The replacement book has been "in transit" for weeks now. Photobox have no more clue than I do where, precisely, it is. The original book didn't have the correct documentation and was eventually returned to the company. My advice would be to print in the UK and then use airmail.

I've ordered from Photobox for about the past 10 years. Most recently I've ordered various different products (canvases, aluminium boxed prints, 6x4 photos, photo books etc) and have been really impressed with the quality of them all. Their website is easy to use and the quality is extremely good for the price, frequently having offers available. Great peace of mind with their "110% satisfaction guarantee" if there are any problems - not had to use this ever though.

Since upgrading it has become more. complicated and why when one uses the computer layout it doesn't order by date. I appreciate that including photos from others might complicate things but not if organising in Google photos. It all used to be much easier and better to use.
The computer version is also selective as to which photos it uses when I have deleted everything I don't want included therefore want ALL the pictures from the album included. How can this be changed.

Great quality album. The photos were smaller than we thought, but still OK. The advert said 4 to 5 days delivery, once ordered it said 10 to 14 days. Eventually arrived after 6 days.

I produced a photo album through Photobox, the experience was incredible. The instructions were excellent and I really enjoyed producing the photo book 📕. I have now received it and love looking through each page. I most definitely will recommend Photo Box to my friends and family. I will almost certainly use them again in the future.

Fantastic first photo book for my daughter. This is our 5th book as I made them for my first daughter too. I've also bought for family members and absolutely love creating our own family books. Will 100% recommend and be ordering myself again.
