Worst Online Banking BDO

For SEVERAL days now I can only make 1-2 transfer within the day. The rest of the many transfers do not go through. Always “maintenance” “error” “please try again later”.

So infuriating! Enough for me to close all my accounts with BDO. Such unreliable online banking!

Been 3 days of trying to transfer money from bdo to bdo but unfortunately due to system upgrade, sending money to own account or to other bdo account in temporarily unavailable. BDO Please pay attention for the COMPLAINTS of your clients. We are giving you business to earn you have to make sure that your clients will be happy of your service.

BDO ONLINE BANKING ISSUE

Been trying to fund transfer to BDO for 2 months already but cant make a transfer. I had tried transferring from different bank but cant still transfer. I had visited the bank to check if there might be something wrong with my account. They just told me that there is nothing wrong and "probably" I have internet connection. Internet connection is not the issue here. Till I came across with this system advisory from there website. BDO please we need to fix the issue asap because we bot bills to pay and cant make it your bank physically because of work.

BIG Problem with the Online banking they provide you an OTP to continue the transaction for client's ligit identity but when to register the OTP it is invalid.. that made me 3 attempts and UNFORTUNATELY my account IS temporarily CLOSED. I had to reset my Pin but same thing happened. The OTP provided are all invalid.. Cannot transact directly to my branch bank or atm because i am out of the country. This is not helpful.

BDO online banking is not very helpful. If the online banking system is down, BDO should send a message on why the system is down and when it's expected to be up. That way customers are always informed.
