May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and CCDS is proud to be a part of the global effort to raise awareness of the importance of mental health. Unsure what exactly is mental health? Mental health is a state of mental well-being that enables us to cope with the stresses of life, realize our abilities, learn well and work well, make decisions, build relationships, and shape the world we live in. To enjoy life to the fullest and experience all its wonders, we must take care of ourselves mentally and physically, as both are equally important.
