Companies on Trustpilot can’t offer incentives or pay to hide any reviews.

I rang about some fairly basic questions about my renewals. Rae was excellent and went out of his way to get me a better package. I have been with Names Co since 2011 excellent customer service.

Support Team have been a great help. Calls answered quickly and agents equally quick to resolve problems. Being a technophobe, I am forever grateful.

This firm is essential that cosa nostra of the WWW. They entice you in with a sweetener, and it works fine but they conveniently forget to tell you that if you use thier website builder you cannot use another firm or source and that you have no ability to save you own webpage. Thus when it comes to renewal they have you over a barrel.
They then milk or squeeze you and hose you for cash and won't flex an inch. Loyalty means nothing and the will let your hard made website disappear of into the ether and delete it rather than restoring the copy they legally have to hold anyway if you don’t pay their extortionate (ie double again) requested fee.
They would rather annoy a customer and let your hard made website disappear arguing over a fee for a service that you dont need, haven't used but upon which your website now relies to exist.
It is basically a scam to take money but provide nothing for it.
So if you must use these scam artists and thieves at least get the name and then use a reputable company to do the rest so that they cannot hold your content and ability to generate money to ransom.
This company have no moral compass and only care about extracting money, service is something that is an inconvenience to them. Disgusted.

I’ve used Namesco for years to support my customers because of the personal service and tailored solutions they consistently provide. They've always stood out for their reliability and professionalism, but over the past 30 days, they’ve truly exceeded my expectations.
I recently faced a complex issue involving a subdomain, and the Namesco team walked with me every step of the way until we reached a completed solution — and today, it’s finally resolved!
Their tenacity, patience, and genuine care for getting it right reminded me why I trust them with my clients. It’s not just about tech — it’s about the customer experience — and Namesco proves time and again that CX is everything.
To the team: thank you for going above and beyond. You are the best!

Excellent technical support from Jomin and Kyle who promptly took ownership of my problem and swiftly sorted it. Unlike so many hosting companies, Names seem to deliver, and deliver when you need it. Would definitely recommend.

The worst support when you need it, and totally unlogical on top. I could not get support from abroad when traveling due to telephone restrictions and now being back they are closed for 5 days! one cannot email them as they only send notifications back to the account listed email - which does not work. So I am blocked with my emails now for over a week because of their mousy support. One better knows this when setting a domain up and I would not do it in the future - fair warning to potential users.

I sent a message to support late on Thursday evening, I didn’t expect to receive a response until Tuesday as it’s Easter weekend, however I received a reply around noon on Good Friday!
Excellent service thank you.

On the limited number of occasions that I have had to contact Namesco, they have always been easy to contact and very helpful in resolving issues. They have also helped me pro-actively to identify any possible issues with my account.

Company auto renewed a domain name that was no longer required and refused to refund, they advised that it was my fault because i hadnt deselected the auto renew button. maybe the auto renew button should be de-selected by default!

Do not use these scammers!
Yes the first year will be cheap but the second year will be MUCH MORE
They are asking for £35 to renew a .com and £21 for a .co.uk
The worst part is if I choose to transfer to a different provider that will cost me £10 per domain!!!
My lesson has been learned - do not make my mistakes!

Received a suspected email, allegedly from Namesco. Raised a Support Ticket with Namesco who came back quickly with clear, detailed advice on what I should do. First class support and over a weekend.

I am with Names.co.uk, for more than one one year. At first, as my domain provider. Now, they are my hosting, support, surce of invaluable information and help. My site is under their control, safe, my business email safe. SSL, DNS, SMTP and other interesting letters are their obligation. I bought one of their plans. They are trying to be better, I see the effort. Still much work to do to be the best.
However, I will stay with them. Not impressed, hopefully, in near future they will achieve the goal and be Number One. Thank you to all of the team members.
