Guidance notes 

1. To be completed by NatWest Business Card and BusinessOne Card customers. 

2. If you wish to apply for another cardholder(s) to your account your existing business card credit limit will be shared to accommodate the 

additional cardholder(s). Please refer all credit limit increase requests to your Business Manager. 

3. Applications for additional cards will be individually assessed.

p Credit reference agencies 

We may obtain information about you from credit reference agencies and Group records to check your credit status and identity. 

The agencies will record our enquiries which may be seen by other companies who make their own credit enquiries. We may use credit scoring. 

Your application will be assessed using credit reference agency records relating to anyone with whom you have a joint account or similar 

financial association. If this is a joint application and such a link does not already exist then one may be created now. These links will 

remain until you file a “notice of disassociation” at the credit reference agencies. 

Please note when applying for this card facility we may undertake a search with credit reference agencies. This could impact your ability to 

obtain credit elsewhere for a short period of time. 

p Fraud prevention agencies 

If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified or suspected, details may be passed to fraud prevention agencies. 

We may also obtain information about you from fraud prevention agencies. 

*Maximum call charge from a BT landline is 10.4p plus up to 7.6p per minute. Business rates and calls from other networks may vary.
