Hi is anyone a consultant running this alongside their business? Was just after some feedback on how you found it? Thanks X

Oooooh, ive been toying with this idea too Clairey! I was on a course last year (unrelated to facials/Neals Yard) & the trainer also runs a working salon & uses Neals Yard for her treatments.

Got chatting to her & she finds it works really well, but she does a lot of facials & body treatments. She also retails a lot of the products. I get the impression its a nicer, higher end MLM company.

If Im honest I dont really do facials, I dont retail a great deal & I use all CND for my manis & pedis so I dont think it will fit in :( !

Im sure at the moment NY have a start up offer on for around £60 for a therapist package, the therapist is in Essex, let me know if you want her details & ill PM you xx

Thanks for replying! To be honest I don't do that many facials or retail either but was tempted purely as the start up is £60 so thought even if only sold a bit here and there the commission would just pay towards products for me personally! Lol not much business sense in it!

I was looking at the £60 deal (the one with a trolley, a few essential oils, lotions, bags & stationary etc) thinking it is a really good selection of products for £60, BUT...

I would end up using them myself or giving them away. The stationary would go in my office (read cupboard under the stairs) never to be seen again & all I would have accomplished is to have spent £60 on some nice facial bits for me. This is what keeps me from signing up pmsl!

I'm not a social enough person to do the sales party thing (Throwback to mums tuppaware parties in the 80's - groan!) plus with a young kiddie I need to be home of an evening not out hosting parties :) Not sure if that approach would work for you rather than selling the treatment tho hun?

The products I've tried from NY have all been lovely, I love the ethos behind it and it dosn't scream MLM like the other companies do but I cant see it working unless you do facial & body treatments or go out hosting the parties to rich friends xx

Yes they r my drawbacks too...... Was hoping that they would sell through fb page/friends/clients rather than parties, I have 3 children under 7 and all ready do eve appointments so parties r not really for he either! X

Tell you what, we can both buy the kit and then sell it to each other! :D

Ha ha this is why il never be rich!

Hello. I would appreciate it if you could message me the contact details please. X

Hi. Im a neals yard consultant in Hertfordshire. We use it in our salon and I also do it on the side. Our clients absolutely love it. Its such a well known brand that it really does sell itself. I was surprised at how many people were already using their skincare. Have you seen the £50 joining offer running this month? Its a great opportunity to get the full starter kit for the lowest price. Please let me know if you would like anymore information. I'd be happy to help.

Hi Nikki.
The starter kits are on offer at the moment for £50 until the end of the month, they are usually £95. They contain over £150 worth of products. You get a choice of two starter kits. Limited edition choice B starter kit is designed especially for therapists. You get to buy their products with a 25% discount every time you shop. This means you make 25% commission on all sales. There are also lots of other ways to make more commission and get freebies. They set you up with your own free website, you can attend their training events for free and there is lots of support. However at the same time there are no targets, no pressure, no minimum order amounts, no contract and no catch! You only need to place one order a year of at least £85 to keep your account active. If you follow this link it will show you all the information and kit contents https://uk.nyrorganic.com/shop/laurenwoods/area/become-a-consultant/
If there is anything I missed out that you'd like to know or if you'd like to talk about why you were thinking of joining and your not sure if its for you please feel free to contact me x
