I have been a loyal customer since 2017. I made all my payments on time except for four occasions during COVID-19 when I was late. I called to ask if these late payments could possibly be removed since the account has remained current ever since. I was informed that I would have to make a dispute to have those removed. There is nothing to dispute; I was late, and COVID-19 was the reason. The point is, they should not have ever been posted on my credit report. So I will follow the only option given to me and dispute the length of time these have lingered on.
When he mentioned that he couldn't remove them, I wondered who would when the dispute is filed, especially if it would be possible to remove them for a faithful and current customer. Words cannot express my disgust that he could not simply remove them and help someone who has stuck it out and made all their payments. Thankfully, I only have 2.5 more payments. I would not advise anyone to finance with your company, as the lack of understanding and assistance deeply hurts.

I would put 0 if it was an option. I was hung up on 3 times and not one single person could muster up any sort of answer. Ridiculous to be paying such a high %*#@$! Monthly payment only to turn around and get absolutely zero help from the FiNAnCiAl LoAn CoMpAnY. Yall are lucky I give a rats behind about my OWN credit score otherwise I’d play a fun game of hide and seek with this pretty car.

Your website is the worst website in the history of websites. This month I have so far wasted an hour and a half trying to pay. You have technical difficulties every single month. And when I say EVERY SINGLE MONTH I mean it. Every 1st of the month I literally dread wondering how much time I will waste trying to pay one bill! Even trying to leave a review, it says "You encountered an error, please try again." This is an hour and half so far this month and I still haven't paid it. But good news, I can waste more time waiting on the phone and pay a fee of $4.00 to use my debit card?!!!! Seriously. FIX IT >:(

I have owned two cars that have been insurance write-offs in my lifetime: an Acura RDX and a Nissan Rogue. I cannot say enough about how well Honda Financial handled the situation and were actually helpful. So much so, that I have gladly continued to purchase Acuras. Nissan, on the other hand, has been a nightmare. Even though my account has been exemplary, they sent me a threatening letter warning me to continue my payments until the insurance paid in full, and that any slip-up would result in credit problems. Then there is a clause in their lease contract so, even though my payoff was $15,000, they could charge me the market value of the car plus a disposal fee (even though they were not disposing of it). They gave three different payoff quotes to the insurance company; each time the insurance company requested a quote, it was a different number. They then told me that actually the number is $800 more than what they told the insurance—no reason given, just because they could. Nissan decided to pile on unlike the approach of Honda. I, for one, will never purchase another Nissan and anyone who asks, I will tell them the same.

I have had multiple car loans through Nissan. Always get the best rate and it is very easy to apply. With a good credit, their rates are always going to be the best.
I feel that Nissan Motors has excellent service. They are always professional in the way they presented our new vehicle, and answered all of our questions.
The car has been a asset to me. I always did oil changes on time, rotate tires, one new battery. Travel has been good experiences no problems. Thank God for my car. principal is high now.
Simple seamless no problem payment & set up. Nothing more to say overall happy almost done with paying car. However Nissan cars with CVT transmissions are a rip off.
I've done paid 3 payments and they're not even showing June, July, or August payments and they're done paid, they keep my payments 3 months behind and I don't like that, that shows on your credit report and that's no fair, they finally posted June, and July payments but not August and or September and here it is almost October and I send my payment in around the 1st of the month, I don't wait until it's due, and now it's saying that this was updated on 08/31/2023 but yet it's not showing my last 2 payments being paid for August and September and I've already sent in my car payment for October,Wow Nissan Motor Cooperation SUCKS at their financial service, I've not nothing knocked off mycredit for my last 3 payments I've sent in, it's still showing the same Balance and that can't be right, very disappointed with Nissan Financial Department. It would be really nice if my last 2 payments on my nissan would be updated, here it December and it's still showing that October, November payments haven't been paid yet and her I'm sending December's payments out today. Nissan finance SUCKS BIG TIME, I'll never purchase another vehicle through nissan
Was approved for auto lease through special auto lease program for expats: lack of credit history hurts in the US, you know. Had no any issues with payments, so my experience was okay.
They have closed and reopened an account three times now. One that was charged off. They waited until I got my credit score back up and then opened it again and dropped my score down 94 points!

They are trash!!!! Everyone needs to be fired! They do not pay attention to detail. I had to request a lien release 3 times because they couldn't get the information right. This has prolonged me getting a car. This company is TRASHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! Period!!!!!!
