Nokia lumia 625 cant sign in to ms account

Windows Central Question

I cant seem to sign into it . it says to turn off flight mode and thats not on. i got this phone second hand so hope it is actually working. i can get on the net

You have an 8.1 phone. Support for Windows Phone 8.1 ended on July 11, 2017 and the store closed last December. A phone that has been reset can no longer accept an account. The phone will never work.
