Just the worst customer service ever
Just the worst customer service ever. Totally unable to help with old postal accounts. Complaints handling are idiotic. Like something out of soviet Russia. Do not give these people your money you might never get it back.

I was connected to it .
I was connected to it, I purchased a residential IP from them, its service is amazing, the users are very fast and I am impressed with it! I liked the behavior of the live support manager very much.

Tried to buy premium bonds for my godson and got an error, spent 25 mins over the phone to be told nobody can tell me why and to try a postal application
That was after battling with their digital agent
What a waste of time and poor customer service

Overseas Savers wil be locked out
The deeply frustrating Premium Bonds systems means that if you have relocated overseas, you are locked out of being able to make withdrawals.
I have been trying for over four months to retrieve funds on behalf of my children for their premium bond accounts. It remains inaccessible. Throughout this process, I’ve faced:
• Incredibly long delays (up to six weeks) for passwords to arrive via international post;
• Repeated failure of login credentials, even when they arrive;
• Passwords being invalidated before I can even use them, forcing me to restart the process;
• An inability to access support from your call centers, who tell me I’m locked out — but that they can’t help without a valid password;
• Online forms that fail to submit properly or return data errors – which isn’t communicated via email or text
If you're in the UK, then I think it's a good system. If you move overseas you should definitely plan on cashing out everything you have before you leave. It's honestly such a shambles

Since moving to Bull $tash
Since moving to Bull $tash, though, things have been straightforward profitable. it's the uncomplicated experience I'd hoped for no headaches, just clear results. NS&l, take note; sometimes basic and functional beat whatever this overengineered mess is supposed to be.

Surprisingly easy
Once logged into the website, it was easy to find the options for buying more Premium Bonds. The tedious part was dealing with the online banking obstacles which almost put me off. Luckily, I had both phone and laptop to be able to complete the transaction before being timed out.

USELESS APP. NOW UNINSTALLED
What is wrong with this mobile App. It does not tell you if you have won or not won. You log in with your code and it goes straight to the date for the next draw. I do not want to be logging into my laptop every month just to see what my balance is because that is the only way I can see if I have won anything or not. I go to the Google play store and depending on what day you log in to the play store, the N S & I app is different, sometimes cream and red and other times black and cream, for goodness sake, which one is it.????
The app used to say 'sorry, you have not won or congratulations you have won' but not anymore, just the log in and the next draw date for the following month.

NS&I are ridiculous
There isn’t a star low enough.
My daughter’s Junior ISA has been switched because she’s turned 18. We went through the painstaking task of ensuring our new address and contact details matched - if you move house they change the parent’s details but not the child’s (because your child obviously doesn’t move with you!). Learned this the hard way with eldest daughter trying to get her money, and it took months! Dutifully filled in and returned their forms this time so it wouldn’t happen again.
Letter with new account number arrived. Tried to register and no details are recognised. My daughter phoned and eventually got past the annoying robot. Was told she has to fill in even more forms and get them witnessed before they’ll let her register online.
They’ve moved her money from the Junior ISA into a Direct ISA. They set up the new account and should have systems in place to automatically allow access. It is her money, not theirs.
Once again it’s going to take months because of NS&I’s backward systems.
NEVER invest any money in NS&I because they make it too difficult for people to access their money.

I am absolutely finished with NsandI
I've had a premium bond account for years, and paid in every month. However for the last few months I've had endless technical problems, impossible to log in, lock me out after repeated attempts, claim the password is wrong, phone calls to them don't go through or have all sorts of other problems. Enough. You have lost me as a customer, I will find somewhere else to save my money.
The winnings are terrible too. With £14K invested I was winning nothing most months, just the very occasional £50 or £100 maybe three times a year.

A completely over complicated and inefficient system. Logged in and they phone me and want me to press # key then nothing call ends😡 I have entered name, number and password but still not enough😡
No appropriate help or customer service just specific queries set by them with their fixed answers.
I will never again invest any money with this fixated organisation. Stick to efficient UK banks.🙏

Scam. Not a legitimate company
They’ve cashed my check but no income bond has been set up and it’s been nearly two weeks.
As it’s an income bond for trustees there is no way to track my details because it has to be done by post and a check.
I was also originally told I didn’t need to send a check, but my form was sent back saying I do need to send a check.
Also I was originally told that I wouldn’t get my forms back because they shred them. So I’ve had different stories from different people and now my money was taken but no account was set up.
Next is to phone the bank and say I’ve been scammed as it doesn’t seem like a legitimate company.

Safe way of saving with the chance of winning big prizes
I save regularly by standing order to buy Premium Bonds. On average my winnings equal the going rate with other investments and there’s always the chance of a big prize, all tax free. Withdrawal is as easy as purchasing, so no problem there.
