OREC Application

+ Go to OREC and follow the directions to apply for or transfer your license.

Here is the information you’ll need:

+ Office License Number: 174836
+ Mary ID: 160670(Managing Broker)

Next Steps - Once Your License is Active

West + Main Email Account
+ Access your new email account by logging in at gmail.com. Your username and your password will be emailed to your personal email address for account activation.

Brokermint
+You will receive your email and password at your new West + Main email address. You will complete your onboarding packet to get started.

Slack
+ Accept your invite to join our team’s Slack account (westandmainok.slack.com). Download the Slack app to your laptop and phone. Make sure all notifications are on.
+ You will be added to all of the #channels.

OKCMAR - MLS:

Email membership@okcmar.org to start your application.
+ Visit OKCMAR member page and click the tab OKCMAR Realtor & Training Appraiser, for full breakdown of cost and fees.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

+ After you have submitted your bio and headshot, you’ll receive your username + password via Slack after your landing page has been created
+ Login to your CRM at westandmainok.com/backend
+ Download the “REW Leads” app to your phone and use the same login. Turn notifications on.

Email Signature
+ Fill in all of your info using this tool then hit copy to clipboard.
+ Paste into the signature box in your new gmail account.

Signage

+We will order your initial sign package for you consisting of (3 name riders, listing frame, home for sale rider, open house frame and panel, pair of Sunday magnets and Open 2 to 4 rider). You will be charged for your sign package at your first full month. West + Main will provide you with the center panel on a checkout basis.
