      I would like to express my disatisfaction with customer support. I have been trying to reach out to customer support for few months as of now - and I am not getting ANY kind of response. As player, I have been using stardoll for about 17 years where I actively paid to remain royal customer and on the top od the game. I actively promoted game in positive sense, I had a famous blogspot and I've been keeping people updated about everything crucial going on. I never could imagine that after all this year I'd be threated like junk - where your customer service team isn't even able to respond to numerous of emails I've sent to them from my email **************************** regarding my doll OmniaParatus, I have provided you with so much evidence, and I have been patient for a very long time - just hoping to get an actual respond. It really hurts to be threated this way as I grew up with this game, spent tons of money and time for what exactly? This complaint is my last attempt to gain proper resond about MY account that I had for so long. Get back to ME and threat me as darn customer.

      Stardoll, give me my **** account back. The username is CoverGirlBeebee. One day I tried to log in and the account wasn't active anymore. I'm confused as to why. I've spend hundreds of dollars on this game, and to simply be taken out like that because I maybe haven't logged on for a certain period of time or I'm not as active as I used to be or WHATEVER the reason, is ludicrous. I've been on this game for over a decade now, and I'm still a paying customer regardless of how often I log in. You guys really need to do a better job with how you handle PAYING customers. Stop deleting people solely based on how active they are, ESPECIALLY if they are PAYING CUSTOMERS. I WANT MY ACCOUNT BACK. If not, I want my hundreds of dollars refunded. Thank you!

      Stardoll account deleted.I last logged in this year however the acocunt was deleted in October 2022. I dont understand why as i had used it this year. this is disgusting as ibe had the account since 2008. thats a full 14 years! i had downloaded the app and everything! this is atrocious.       Hello, I would like to inquire about a deleted account from 7.5 years back. For starters, the doll went by the username *************** I don't remember which email I used, but I remember creating it in 2012 or 2013. I think the last time I went online was in 2015. However, when I tried to log in a few times years later I couldn't access it. I also tried to search the doll from the search bar, and yielded no results. Thus, I surmised that the doll was deleted. And so I ask if it is possible to recover it. I will try my best to cooperate and will attempt to give you all the info you might need for the recovery to the best of my abilities, assuming it is possible. If it helps, I had frequently purchased Superstar packages on that doll. Thank you in advance, *******

      It has been years since I've last used Stardoll and I recently got back into it, I made it back in I want to say *********. My beloved account was ****** which has now been deleted of course because I was inactive for a very long time and I was actually hacked once but my account was never deleted from the hack, I never regained my old password and my account was just lost. I did also pour a ton of money into the website and I did buy those superstar prepaid cards very very frequently when they were available years ago and I spent a lot of time on their and I collected a ton of things and I just genuinely want to get it back. I made the account when I was a child and I do not remember the exact email I used it was actually one of my aunts emails and from ages ago and my birthday is ******** from USA. Please I would love to have a chance to even get my account back. Thank you.

      My Stardoll account was deactivated today, out of nowhere. I did not do anything wrong that justifies my acc being deactivated. My friend also experienced the same thing today as well, and we are both waiting for an explanation and we want our accounts back! Please, do something about this. If we violated any rule, we should get a warning instead of deleting out accounts right away.

      My Stardoll account was deactivated at morning and I don't know why. They havent's answered my emails and complains. I have all the payment recieves and I've followed all the rules so I don't know why they deactivated two of my accounts. I'll leave pictures of my accounts below

      My complaint is in regards to my Stardoll.com account. I have had the account since 2014 and have never have any problems. But recently, I tried to make a purchase, and I was told my account is blocked from making payments. I want that undone, please!
