okay my account got hacked and she/he (i don't know if it was a guy or girl) but i went to log in and it wouldn't work!!!!the person who hacked it changed the e-mail  and so i can't get back on! help me! what do i do?!?!?!

     I have had the same problem there is a simple way to solve this.


    So if you know that you're account has been hacked and you don't know who has hacked it best option is to send stardoll a message and they will get back with you in a few days. 


    If you know who hacked you're account you can report the hacker for you're information that doesn't always work because maybe you didn't quite explain the reason you are reporting the user.

    I have got the same problem.
    I got hacked yesterday, and the girl who hacked my acount sold my acount and then the girl who brought my acount was on my acount 'sophabed' and she said " ohh yes sure i will give you your acount back, and the password." so she gave me the password and it was wrong, so i went back onto my other acount and she had gone offline, so i couldn't get my acount back. I have sent lots of emails to stardoll and they haven't replied but i read an aritcal saying they got there acount back a week later, after stardoll sent them an email.

    I really need help. Pleasee help me.
    PS. >> Has anyone got the stardoll phone number? Not the fax.

    Theres a button on the nickname and password thing and it says forgot password? click on that and it says type your nickname or email address. type your nickname or email then it has a button on the bottom of it click that and they will send you an email and they will tell you what your password is. log it in with your nickname and it should work.

    I SEE EVERYONE IS HAVING ISSUES WITH HACKINGS! ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GOT TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND USE THAT LINK SENT TO YOU BY STARDOLL! BUT BE VERY CAREFUL THE LIN IS ONLY VALID FOR 72 HOURS AFTER THE EMAIL HAS BEEN CHANGED SO MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR EMAILS!

    Hi yeah I was Stupied anoth to changed my email but the person who did it has not been able to comfirme it this beacus it doesnt go throught on msn not very well it takes 3  days at the leasr plus that is the time you can change your email back to normal  please dont do it was staying up all night crying beacuse i had buyed 3000 stardolls a mounth but lucky i canceled the mounthley refill thing  I have a ubsession  after this my nan has offred to get me another acoount and put me supstar and a contract for 2 years woop plus guys if you are worried about your account and if it was a supstar they wont stop charging you unless the peson cancels so here are so simple steps

    1. When you realise your going to get hacked if you are a superstar cancel your refilll
    2. see if you can login your account if you cant and the mounthly thing is still runinng ......
    3. write a letter or a email or phone call to stardoll and tell them what has happend they should cancel your account and tell you to make a new one and apolgize they were so friendly to me when i called here is the addres phone and email go down to the bottom of the page look in the information box there should be somthing saying contact us or somthing like that click that for email more contact details Stardoll AB

    For all of you who have commented saying your account has been hacked,I think I know how to get it back.
    My account has been hacked 2 times,so believe me,I know what I'm saying.
    It doesn't involve changing your email/password btw.
    Just make sure you have the reference number or bill/payment form on the email that you originally used to make it with,even if you can't get a new password through it.(Works BEST for superstars,because it's more convincing.)
    =)
    Here's how:

    1.Go to the email you originally used to make the hacked/stolen account
    2.Search through until you find a REFERENCE NUMBER OR PAYMENT FORM
    3.Copy and paste it.
    4.Create a FAKE account on Stardoll
    5.Go to "Contact us"
    6.Select the option "Stolen accounts"
    7.Write to Stardoll the name of the hacked account and the person who did it.
    8.Copy and paste the reference number or payment form of the hacked account into the message area to prove that you ARE infact the owner of the hacked account.
    9.In about 3 days (I know it seems long,but at least you get your account back) they will message you a new password.
    10.Log into your "hacked" account using the new password.
    11.CHANGE THE EMAIL THE HACKER PUT IN AND PUT IN YOUR REAL INFORMATION AND A NEW PASSWORD BEFORE YOU GO TO FIXING WHAT THEY HAVE CHANGED.GETTING YOUR INFORMATION SORTED OUT IS MORE IMPORTANT.

    that happenned to me!! and Im still trying to get t back!! what you do... is send a message to the stardoll admin (you do this by going on help..) saying who you are now.. who you were before you were hacked... and some proof (info) to prove that the account was yours.. such as.. old email, and password. I hope it helped... and if it worked.. can you tell me how you did it too?! I really want my account back!! My account was Sparkle2me before I was hacked! my hacker was hotchetto13 ... if any site says shes good... theyre lying!! help me report her so we can ban the site of crazy psycos, that hack into other peoples accounts!! thanks heaps!! and tell me if it works!!     If you have ever been superstar, go to the email you used and copy and paste the reference number. This is the key to your account. Go on your other account on stardoll and scroll down to the bottom and next to information, it says contact us.

    Click this and when choosing a category, choose 'other'.
    Another box will come up and choose 'stolen accounts'.
    Explain what happened and paste in your reference number so they know it's definitely YOU.
    It'll be a few days before you get a reply but this is how to do it!
    BTW, my account is Dracula9 if ya wanna visit x

    I have been hacked on stardoll and this is what i did do get my account back

    well go on your email adress and you should find something saying 'you have changed your email adress' click the first link and it will resstore it now go on stardoll and click forgot password then type in your email adress were you are supposed to type it in now go back on your email adress and then click the right username and then another password should come up so copy it go back to stardoll and type in your hacked username and paste in the password now go to my account and paste in you password and type in a new one

    She had a 12 month superstar on her, still does, and she got hacked! The hacker - whoever he/she was - changed the e-mail and password so there is NO way I can get it back. Please, I don't care who, but someone, please, help! HELP! You have to help me someone!

    umm i got hacked and the person who hacked my account wont give it back to me untill it is deleted! the person who hacked my stardoll account's name is tiffany_rosie OR miley_sevginur. She admitted it on her presentation and she deleted the presentation!!     Hello. My name is Bella and I know, how to get EMPLOYEE CODE.


    ****WARNING: Requirments needed to get employee code(You MUST have these Requirments):

    1. Account MUST (Or cheat don't work) be deserved to be Employee. ~200stp not deserves. (This proves, that you deserve to get Employee code)

    Hey people i know how to get your account back my account is missy_poops and my account got hacked 7 times by the same girl and so did my best friend Annnaahh's get hacked 12 if you send your password to Jamima.Stardoll she will e-mail you a code you send this to the stardoll team and send when you joined and when your birthday is and they have to give you the password because the account belongs to you!
