1. Go to the Transport Connect sign-up page.

2. Create an account and log in.

3. Follow the prompts to link your Opal card and your credit or debit card to your account. This credit or debit card will become your primary payment method for all your On-Demand travel.

4. Make sure your On-Demand operator app is up to date. If your device is not set to update apps automatically you may need to download the latest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play

5. Sign in to your up to date On-Demand operator app using your Transport Connect username and password to complete your Transport Connect account set up.
