Wow, warning.... you have to call customer service in order to cancel the service, not by doing it online. I just got off the phone with them and it was 21 minutes of talking, refusing other services for $19.95, another service for $7.95 etc. It was INSANE! I believe most of us have other stuff to do with 21 minutes when it would have been nice to know that you have to call and be bombarded with other "offers".

I tried to cancel within the 7 day free trial. Spoke with a customer service agent who said she had a "special" offer whereby I would pay only $19.99 /month instead of $39. The next day I was charged $39. I called to complain and was apologized to and told it would be refunded on my credit card. Next I received an email saying my refund was "not approved" because I didn't request it during the billing cycle terms. It was never returned to my credit card account.

The service is good, but the customer service after I canceled left alot to be desired. I requested the cancellation on 1/10/17, before the charge went through my bank, the charge showed pending for the 13th of the month. I requested the charge be removed and it went to some dept. to be considered. They denied it. Yeah, it was only $ 7.95, but it's the idea of it. WTF, I won't be re-joining, KMA.

Rip off...perhaps the service they provide is worth it, however their practices are a suspect. Called on 10/25 to cancel before my expiration date of November 7th which I had paid through, and they cut my service off that day. No refund for the 12 days that I paid for, and wouldn't allow me the service through the dates I paid. Offered to cut my monthly bill in half before they canceled it, so note to all Scoresense Users, call to cancel and reduce your monthly cost!

I called to cancel my service in February of 2016. After being haggled by the customer service rep for about 10 minutes about cancelling, getting me a lower rate etc I thought my service was canceled, unfourtionately with their reps apparently being under strict sales goals the rep signed me up for a service I didn't request. The service was $4.95 so unfourtionately I never noticed it in my credit card statement until now. I requested a refund and they denied my refund request so they claim to protect you from fradualent activity they frauded me for 6 months!!!

I didn't even know I had a membership with scoresense until I saw my credit card bill. I called them 5 weeks ago about a refund and the next day another charge appeared on my bill. Now 5 weeks later still no refund. This is not a company I'd recommend to anyone! I've called 3 times and today sent an email detailing my charges. God willing they refund soon.

Almost every review I read here has complained that scorsense charged money to their credit card without authorization. This is FRAUD. You should report this illegal activity immediately to: Texas Department of Banking 2601 N. Lamar Blvd Austin, Texas 78705 Tell them that One Technology (the parent company of scoresense) is making UNAUTHORIZED charges yo you bank accounts. Also, you can have your money refunded to you by filing a claim with the bank which issued your credit card. Why let these criminals get away with stealing your money? Fight back!

Called in today to cancel my membership and I had to almost cuss the guy out to get him to understand that I did not want the membership. I had been with them since January and not one time did I get an email or alert or alert saying that my scores had changed or I had activity on my credit report. And to top things off they have been charging me since March on an expired credit card!! Stay away from this so-called company.

The scores are worthless -- they are not FICO and bear no consistent resemblance to FICO (the only scores anyone really cares about in the real world). The service is horrifically overpriced. The service is very difficult to cancel. In addition, I cancelled (after being harassed on the phone for over an hour with reasons not to cancel) within 2 days of the last billing, and the service is shut off immediately with none of that money refunded (I tried to get a refund and it was rejected). Stay away.

DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE. The customer service is the absolute worst! I tried to cancel , and was kept on the phone for way too long. It was obvious that the guy was stalling to see if I would lose my patience. He claimed a bad connection, was very unclear in his talking and wouldn't listen. The service was also too expensive for what it was... after contacted them by phone, I am convinced that they ARE A SCAM

Scoresense ruined my credit. They took money from my account fraudulently. I didn't find this out till I began to recieve letters from companies I was legitimately doing businesses with. Their withdrawal from my account caused a short in my account. I called Scoresense an told them to cease taking money from my account. They continue taking $39.99 for three more months. I even replaced my debit card and somehow they got my new number and billed that number.

Upon realising that the "free"credit score wasn't an accurate representation of our credit scores, my boyfriend and I both called to cancel. We were told that we were on day 7 so we.shoukd get a refund. We both were approved for the $1.00 refund, but denied the $39.95 ; (and thanks to that draft my bill account was overdrawn and caused me an additional $84 in O'D fees

They were very deceptive on billing. I never received reports from them on my credit scores. It took a Herculean effort to cancel them. By some strange coincidence 5 days after I quit their site my Card number on file was used in Illinois on a spending spree for 3 days. My bank alerted me and I had to cancel my card at 4am in the morning and file paperwork with the bank first thing in the morning. First time my idenity or anything related to it was ever compromised. These guys and gals are criminals and should go to prison.

This company is very crooked! Very misleading. As soon as I looked at my bank account and discovered they had charged me an additional $39.95 plus the $1.00 I called them. They offered to let me have the service for $7.50 after I explained I was 73 yrs. old and on a fixed income. They gave me back the $1.00 and kept the $39.95. What a sorry bunch! Don't get mixed up with them.

61 year old Veteran and grandfather on fixed income. I was told to sign up for this "free" service when I was looking for a new home rental. I realized that there would be a charge, and canceled in time. I received a confirmation number. A few months later, they reopened an account with my same information. When confronted, they agreed to refund only about $100.00 of the over $300 they fraudulently took fro me. Now I see a huge 22 million $ settlement has happened because of this same activity. I will not let this go, and neither should you.

Terrible company!!!! They give you the wrong numbers to the credit bureaus on purpose!!!! They have been giving out my number, so I get 3 or more calls a day for the last 5 months of people asking for Experian. Scoresense then tells me that they don't have any phone numbers to give anyone. Funny everyone who has called says Scoresense said my number is Experian. Even after telling Scoresense this 4 times, they still deny it.

The credit information they provided was not as complete as what the other services offer. I called to cancel my membership and the person I spoke with was relentless in trying to get me to stay for the benefits of ID theft etc. I do not want to deal with this company, and would NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for their credit information. Stick with the REPUTABLE places, Trans Union, Experian and Equifax. Maybe Credit Karma and Free Credit Reporting.com, but NEVER SCORESENSE!!!!!!

Just like the previous reviewer, I called on the 7th day only to be told that they charged my card at 2 pm. Then I ask if they could cancel the service at the end of this 30 days, since I've already unwillingly been charged for the month. The answer, yes but I have to call back.... Wonder how much money this scam makes daily. Guess $40.95 from 100's maybe 1000's or more customers a day is a gold mine, even if all of those customers think Scoresense sucks!!! And they do, suck that is.

I was not looking for this site or the trial. One site lead to another, but nonetheless it took forever to cancel on the day of the deadline. I believe customer service took forever to answer the phone so that they could charge me 39.95. I cancelled on the correct day, but not refund due to a couple hours later when cancellation was processed. Just another scam to get your money with no services rendered. I wish I had read these reviews before using the free membership, because its a SCAM!!! The company makes it EXTREMELY difficult to cancel your membership, they offer only one way to reach them - phone and not email and they simply don't answer the calls for cancellation! I am upset because they also charged my account 1.00 for a supposed free week of membership and since I didn't think I had any charges going through my acct, I had no money in the acct and guess what, now I have an overdraft charge! This company needs to be shut down by the ATTY GENERAL OFFICE.

The site was easy to use one problem typically most people forget the seven day trial. And you automatically get build a 3999 monthly charge. Today when I canceled my account they told me that it would instantly stop well the problem is I paid another 39.99 and I didn't get refunded but yet I paid for an entire month that was taken away. I understand cancellation of a service but if they're going to stop at instantaneously then they should refund, it's only been three days since they took my payment. Thank you

Scoresense was supposed to have ended my Membership back last Oct. 2014 and just found out yesterday that they have been charging me ever sense. When I called to cancel back in Oct, the lady I spoke with said that I could continue using it until the end of month because a payment had already been made, and now they are telling me that I should have called back and cancelled after that month, that was not what I was told. A total rep-off and I would stay away from those guys. I asked for a refund that I should have received because it was never used after that point.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. So they do offer a free credit score report as part of a week Free trial. However, you do have to enter a credit card AND it is hard to cancel after. The first time I called I got one of those annoying carribean cruise bull shit messages and the second time I was told all reps were busy and to call back later. It is funny how these companies can still use these illegal tactics and get away with it until the AG presses charges. I will be contacting the AG office and consumer affairs. The company is run by crooks. The trial period is not 7 days, it's 6 days. You are billed for the service on the day the subscription is suppose to expire I screenshot the offer when it was complete. Within 4 minutes, I received an email with a change in expiration date. The powers that be would not honor the trial period nor refund my money.
